I purchased these for my husband. He has been thru so many brands and they don’t last long or they stop working. He loves the sounds and they stay in his ears during workouts.

Best buds I’ve used – one con
The only reason it’s getting 4 stars is because I can’t use “hey siri”. I can hold down on the bud (through a glove which is great) to use it though. Otherwise the pros: super comfortable, fits the ear very snugly, low pro design, charges very fast (although buds run low on battery after a few hours when using ambient aware), voice clarity when using ambient aware is crystal clear. Can select functions for each ear (right ear volume control, left for play/pause/skip). Can answer calls and hang up with a tap/x2 tap. Just wish u could use hey siri. But worth not buying air pods as these are much more low pro and sit in the ear much for flush and stay in with excessive movement

Dissatisfied with Amazon Cust Service
Bought for my husband for Christmas Earbuds worked fine until yesterday. Right one quit charging. Called JBL to troubleshoot and did what he instructed me to do. Still wouldn’t charge. The gentleman said I had a year warranty with JBL and Amazon to get them replaced. He said I could go through either JBL or Amazon for exchange. Tried to do exchange through amazon and they were no longer available. If I wanted to exchange I’d have to pick a similar pair but pay the difference which I did not want to do bc I didn’t want to pay anymore money. So then I called Amazon customer service and asked for a refund as according to my order I had till Jan 31 2025 to return or exchange them. They told me no that I my had 30 days and it was past the 30 days. So basically I’m stuck with a defective product and if I wanted to exchange I have to pay more money. So I contacted JBL against n and I am working with them to get them exchanged with proof of purchase. Hopefully it’s not too painful of a process to do but I’m greatful they are trying to make it right. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON FOR NOT MAKING THIS RIGHT!

Defective JBL LIVEFREE2 earbuds
Upon opening the package and connecting it to the charger . I noticed that the charger wasn’t working on the case. I took another charger and plugged it in and got the same result. So it says charge will update once earbuds are back in the case. I placed both into the case and nothing. So I left the charger do its thing over night and still no charge. I’m very disappointed with the return policy on this product. I returned them the following day and now I can’t purchase a new pair because I have to wait until the refund is processed. Like it’s a defective product. I won’t ever purchase another pair of these earbuds again. I feel that once these were returned and in the warehouse or whatever they go . My money should have been returned to my account ASAP. I’ve been buying products from Amazon for years. I’m disappointed with the service that Amazon is providing with this matter.
