In the last 2 yrs I’ve switched brands to jbl with all my listening devices. They have, Hands down, the best sound I’ve ever heard. These don’t fail to impress. Stick with jbl, you can’t go wrong.

Was expecting more out of JBL honestly had a set of earbuds for half this price just as nice they are not that loud the sound is clear the battery last like they advertised but just not that loud think my cheap ones where just as loud and the batteries lasted all week at work. Idk this time I think I paid for the name.

Phone could not find the earbuds
Spent lots of time trying to pair the device with Android without success. Instruction talks about off and on button. There is no off and on button.

The buds are great charger case great. Protective case not so much lid will surely get knocked off as it never stays in place just a matter of time don’t waste your money with it.

Terrible ear fit.
They look great, and the sound is ok. The major problem have; they don’t fit properly in my ears. They fall out with minimal movement. I have tried all the cushion replacements. Just a bad ear fit.
