Poor fit ruins otherwise good product
Positives:-sound quality is good for price range-bass is very good for price range-JBL software is simple and easy to use-long battery lifeNegatives:-these earbuds are not able to be inserted to the proper depth for a reliable seal. This makes them prone to falling out, and unsuitable for use doing anything other than sitting at a computer. I’ve never had this issue with earbuds before, and I’ve owned many.-noise cancelling is very weak compared to other headphones. Fit issues make this worse, as they struggle to keep a seal in the ear.-oval shaped eartips are non-standard, and offer no apparent benefitI would buy JBL products again, but would not recommend this particular model due to the shallow fit.

You can double tap on the right side to skip a song or end a call and if you tap it once it pauses the song and on the left side if you tap it changes to ambient aware or noice canceling

Great buy!
I bought these to replace the more expensive earbuds I thought I’d lost. And I’m glad I did! These function so much better! The Bluetooth connection was easy, and the sound was so much better than expected. It functioned much better than the more expensive name-brand pair I had misplaced. They really canceled the background noise you sometimes hear with other brands. I have had more costly brands, thinking they would be better, but these earbuds proved me wrong. I have smaller ears, and the small tips are comfortable. Also, it doesn’t take a long time for them to charge fully, and the charge lasts a long time. The quality is excellent, and I would certainly buy these again.
