Great Feeder for Larger Rabbits
We have 2 large lop rabbits and the smaller feeders with metal grid holders always come apart. This is wide, I can overfill it 2x a day for our 2 lops, and there is little to no waste of hay in the cage. High recommend. You will need to go extra in tightening or into the cage, as you fit it on. Once on it is very sturdy.

Bought for my guinea pig. Its easy to set up and take apart and fits a decent amount of hay. My bot even likes climbing in it and eating his hay and its so sturdy, it hasn’t broken yet

Really like this concept, but…
Really like this feeder basket, but my bunny ended up jumping in it and peeing. She’s 5 lbs and the basket held her weight, but she also fits in it, so she was able to hop in it and peed all in the hay and basket. No fault of the product. It is sturdy.

Seems like it could be great, but the attachments for the side of the cage aren’t the best. They did not work for any of the three cages we have, all different kinds of bars. When we set it in the cage the rabbits liked to jump into it and sit, which made it difficult to clean/keep the hay contained

This was super easy to install and use, it fits probably 6-7 big handfuls of hay…. Enough for a full day for my bunny. Overall, the feeder seems like it will last a long time, but if something happens to break it, I will definitely repurchase.

In to days of having this thing it was covered in gine pig 💩 and it came apart soo easy I had to take one of my gine pigs to the doctor because it was sick because the product

It’s ok and does the job reasonably well. I wished it was even bigger as my rabbit goes through the hay in the basket very quickly and I have to refill at least three times per day. It’s great for keeping the hay accessible and easy to eat for my rabbit. I was finding she was having trouble eating hay out of her hay wheel. I do find I have to leave a card board tray at the bottom to keep hay off the ground as my rabbit likes to pull the hay out on the ground to eat. Knobs screws feel a bit flimsy/cheap but does the job of holding the basket to the x-pen.

Sits perfectly at the front of a large litter tray to keep hay contained. As for size, go for a large unless you own a NLD or a small mini lop.
