| Directions | A naturally preserved product needs special attention to maintain maximum freshness. After opening bag, remove air from package and reseal tightly. Use food within 30 – 45 days. Store in a cool, dry location. Refrigerate or freeze for extended storage.. When introducing a new food, begin with a mixture of “old and new” food, gradually increasing the amount of new food over a 7 to 10 day period. This will prevent digestive upset as well as allow your pet to adjust to the new food. For best results discard any uneaten portion and clean food dish before next feeding. Holy goodness this bag was huge which I loved lol and good mix of types of food my mouse will love . Did have a decent hole in front of bag and base of bag made quite a mess in once I got it outta the box.

Package was not damaged! Noticed this other person complaining about their bag being damaged. My delivery was good! So my rats and mice, since I have both, love this stuff!! I have over 20 mice and 8 rex/Dumbo/normal rats. They go through this bag in a week so I’m thinking with one or two rats, they’re good for a long while. What I really love about this mix is that both my mice and rats eat everything in it and not just play picky and eat only say the corn or etc. Also, the other reviewer that was telling others to not feed the stuff to the rats because it contain peanuts which is bad for them, I wanted to let you know that there’s barely any peanuts in this bag so I don’t see that being an issue at all. Too much of anything is not a good thing, it’s like some people saying too much chocolate gives you cancer but we don’t eat chocolate 24/7 like these rats don’t eat peanuts 24/7… this is not an entire bag of peanuts lol. I love the variety and more importantly they do as well. I’m not too stoked about the value for money since a bag from Walmart of the similar size is a hell of a lot cheaper. But with that bag, my mice and rats are very picky with what they eat out of it. So it’s kind of a waste anyway. There’s also been issues with certain bags of food for rats and mice that contain those little bugs in them that you have to freeze when you get the food. If you don’t know what I’m talking about that’s fine but those who do know what I’m talking about just letting you know this bag does not have bug issues. I feed it to them right out the bag and I never have to experience those bugs. To the other reviewer saying do not use this bag as their only diet… I absolutely spoil my rats. They have their own luxurious beds, litter trained, and they need no cage. Rats only live up to 3 years so feeding them what you think is the best of the best isn’t going to push that. My rats love taco Tuesday, fajita night, and burger grill night. So this bag is their main diet and my oldest rat is almost 3 years old, lots of grayness around his eyes. Poor baby. But he’s had one hell of a spoiled life!

Perfect for small Rodents- Mice Specifically.
Have loved this product for my mice and baby mice!!They love it all and can’t get enough. I have it on 2 week Sub&Save…. This IS great but I also do every other bag with Walmart’s $5 bag for gerbils and small rodents. My mice love it all! Would recommend for sure though!

Very nutritious
This small pet food is very nutritious and the bag is large compared to most bags and I’m five for the price. It looks very well variety written and the packaging is very strong. Be careful opening the bag though because it will make a mess if you don’t be careful.
