Holds tight and looks stylish
This french pin is sturdy and stylish. I bought this so I would have more protective and less damaging hair styles to choose from, besides your typical claw clip, which can be bulky and uncomfortable. Styling my hair using this french pin literally takes seconds and looks so much more sleek than my typical messy bun. My hair is not super thick, but not super thin, its somewhere in-between, and the length is just past my shoulders. This holds my hair sturdy all day, even when running around with my 20 month old son.

Don’t miss this, super elegant pin
I absolutely love the sleek gold look and how comfy it feels when in my hair. Perfect for many hairstyles and feels super elegant. I have below my mid back length hair and it’s very thick. The French pin stays out great whether in a bun or French twist. Would work great on all hair lengths. Easily pulls out of hair when you’re done wearing.

Takes practice but looks amazing
This definitely takes some practice, but once you get the hang of it it’s easy to do and lasts for hours. I have long and thick hair and I have no issues with this. It’s a surprisingly thick metal, so great quality. I’ve received tons of compliments and it’s a great way to have your hair up and elevate your look without using a regular clip or hair tie.

I purchased this item after seeing it as an alternative to claw clips. I got a few different options and this one was by far the best, I have pretty thin hair but a lot of it and this was large enough and secure enough to hold my hair well. The pin shape is a little larger and the metal quality thick so it is secure to hold. It would be great to use to throw up your hair for the day or create an elegant updo.

Sooooo cute! But! It falls Out?!
Maybe I’m bot doing something right because it has legit fallen out of my hair while sitting at the office a few different times. My hair isn’t that thick and it’s pretty large, so maybe works better for thicker hair. It’s also pretty weighted (not too heavy! Just definitely not a plastic one) so maybe that’s why? It also doesn’t have any little “teeth” and is all very smooth inside so also could lead to the hair sliding out issue.That said, it’s really nice quality, super sturdy, very chic-looking, and could make a really cute gift. Wish it stayed in better for me!!

Tricky to get a hang of but perfect once you get it down
Had to watch a few different tutorials before I figured out the trick to make it stay. Works like a dream after I figured it out. Looks great, stays in place, doesn’t wiggle or fall down during the day.Perfectly secure for everyday wear but I would not wear it for physical activity like sports or exercise. Whipping your head side to side will make it fall out.I have thick, slightly wavy hair, past shoulder length. This pin is not too long for me, but it’s definitely longer than I need. If you have thin, fine or short hair, I would get a shorter pin.Update after wearing it for a while: Works best on clean hair. The longer I go without washing, the less securely it holds.

Love this! Very easy to use. Works well with thick hair. The hair pin is well made & sturdy. I used the hair pin without instructions, without first combing my hair, and it took about 10 seconds from start to finish.

Years better than a claw clip!
What is this sorcery?! no matter how I use this in my hair, it always looks phenomenal!!! I love the gold color, it goes with everything. I do have thin/fine hair and so when I use it during pilates or workouts in general, it does fall out, but that’s expected. if your hair is freshly washed it also might not stay in as well, since it’s very soft, but I still love it MUCH more than my claw clips. No damage at all with this, and it conceals very well in the hair!
