Looks better than I thought!
I’ve always liked Legos since I was a kid. On first seeing these flower kits available, I thought it was too angular to look good as a display or decorative item – it’s obviously a Lego product. But, because of the Christmas theme, I got it anyway. It was fun to put together and it actually looks very pretty! With 600+ pieces, this is definitely overbuilt – there are a couple hundred pieces just in the flowerpot that you don’t even see! But, I see that it adds weight to the pot and keeps the plant from tipping over. Good quality pieces, everything fits together easily and they include a little tool to help separate pieces if you need to take something apart. I got a few random extra pieces, and the directions/pictographs are very easy to follow. I ended up buying another kit and look forward to building the orchids!

Delightful, Lego Botanicals keep getting better and better
I’ve been on the Lego Botanical train since the first bouquet set. I won’t say I own *all* of their sets, but the design improvement over the years has been consistent and they absolutely nailed this poinsettia set. After an emergency vet visit, I have had to ban all fresh cut flowers from my home due to the toxicity of many flowers such as poinsettia and lilies to dogs and cats. Thanks to Lego Botanicals I can have the look of fresh cut flowers again, while also getting to enjoy the pleasure of a Lego build. My only problem now is where to store the flowers I’m not currently using! I love to mix and match the different sets – the poinsettia may not be so easy to do so since they are not free-stems but “potted” – however, I’m looking forward to eventually incorporating the poinsettia flowers with the Lego Wreath and Garland Set 10340

There were six bags of pieces and instructions in the box. This build went really fast. While a bit repetitive (in a relaxing, not tedious way), the flowers were very enjoyable to build and position. The piece is overall very lovely and looks perfect with my winter and Christmas décor. The Most difficult part of the build was the stems into which the flowers are inserted; the instructions were a bit unclear about the angle and position in which to affix them. When finished, the flowers can be “fluffed” and angled for display. When it is held, the piece feels slighlty top-heavy, but it is well-balanced and doesn’t tip when set on a table. Overall, I love this Lego set. It feels sturdy yet flexible, had some unique build techniques, looks good and is a fun little set. I bought it at a steep discount here on Amazon, otherwise, the full price of $64.99 would be a bit too much for the piece count, in my opinion.

Great for elderly person (96+ yrs young). Good instructions and the pieces hold together when connect. Lego brand has consistent quality. People are surprise that the flower is Lego. Have tried other brands because this person like the flowers but she has found it difficult to connect pieces or pieces will not hold together.
