Good Docking Station, helpful customer support
I bought this docking station to connect two monitors to a Dell Latitude 5440 laptop and also needed an Ethernet port. I got this in September 2023. I used it every workday and it worked great , until one day at the end of January 2024. It would not recognize the second monitor. Since I’m using it to work from home, I contacted my work IT department. The work IT guy could not get it to work either, he reinstalled the graphics drivers, did all windows updates and still nothing. He recommended I get my money back, but the return window was closed. So, I contacted the Lemorele Support. They emailed me back by the end of the day. I followed what the email said to do and it’s working again. So, before returning reach out to the Lemorele Support at support@lemorele.comBelow is their email instructions that got the docking station working again.Dear CustomerThank you for your inquiry.If the HUB is connected to the HDMI monitor and it doesn’t show up, please try to disconnect the HUB from the laptop, turn off the laptop and press and hold the power on button for 30 seconds to reset the EC, and then reconnect the HUB again.Hope this helps

LAG like crazy
I ordered this so I wouldn’t have to plug in Multiple USB and USBc’s into my laptop computer. It was a great idea. However, the LAG that it causes with my keyboard and mouse is so slow that it is unusable; often times it isn’t lag but just lack of connection. I don’t know if it is just the one I got or what but I had to unplug it and no longer use it. Unfortunately, the return time window was so short I wasn’t able to return it in time. I would LOVE to have one that actually lets me plug in my power, keyboard and mouse and an occasional phone charging cable. I don’t think that I am asking too much, but this one doesn’t work for that simple task.The company reached out to me about my experience, I would give them a 4 star just for that alone. They sent me a new device and I tried it. Unfortuantely for me, it just doesn’t work for me like it should. Still lag. For other things besides a wireless keyboard and mouse perhaps it would be wonderful. However, for me, this was why I was ordering it.

Great package! Good product, Good seller, Can’t miss
I was forced to replace a laptop and as is the trend now, there were no display or RJ45 ports on it. I went searching for a docking station with two HDMI and a network port and found the Lemorele 11 in 1 hub that fit the bill perfectly. Unfortunately when I received it and tried it, no display would work. After testing on another laptop with the same results, I sent an email to their support address. I promptly received a reply stating both laptops listed should work. They concluded it was a defective hub and would be sending a new one. The new one arrived quickly and works just as it should. Looking back I think the first one had been purchased and returned as the packaging wasn’t sealed. If I could I’d do more than 5 stars. The product works well and fills a need and the vendor is top notch.

Great While it Works – About 1.5 Years
I bought this in March of 2023. It failed in December of 2024. It was great while it worked though. I was able to connect two external monitors to my Surface Studio Laptop along with ethernet so for my needs of presenting, it was perfect. Sad that it failed, but next time I’ll buy the warranty protection. I’m going to have to replace this with something else that I can get today, which is too bad. I really liked this hub.

Perfect for the new laptop to connect to WiFi and all the other devices
I bought a new laptop for my home office and it didn’t have a data port in it so I bought this. Super easy to set up and it allowed me to not only connect the data cable so my computer isn’t relying on WiFi, but also all of the other peripheral devices. Works great.

HDMI didn’t work
Be careful when buying these USB-C docs, because they only work fully if your computer charges through a USB-C port!. I had high hopes for this, because it is a pain to unplug everthing when I need to take my laptop somewhere, but this just did not work right. I Plugged everything in and all the regular USB stuff worked, but my 2nd monitor would never turn on. Looked on their website for info and it was all generic, basic, not specific to my product. It did show an option to update drivers for windows 11, which I have, so i clicked on it and it was just an ad for some kind of add on software, not an actual driver update. Very disappointing; glad I could return it through Amazon.

Works as Advertised. Sturdy Metal Construction.
Works great. As some reviews mentioned, the labeling for the ports are on the bottom, but that’s not that big of a deal. I’ve also seen reviews addressing the “DP” port. It’s actually a PD port for usb-c power input. Not a “DP” or display port. Hopefully that clears up some confusion for some of you.No complaints from me on this product. Works as advertised, has all the proper ports as advertised, and to my surprise, the casing is made of metal not plastic. Seems a little more sturdy and solid than some of the plastic ones (including the expensive Lenovo docks) I’ve used.

This product works well, but not as well as advertised. For instance, it does support two HDMI monitors, but the colours would be super pale compared to when the monitor is connected directly to the computer. That’s the only issue I have with it. The rest is absolutely great. Great for anything where the image quality doesn’t matter much, like office work.
