Micro SD port does NOT work!
Updated 11/27/23: Giving this brand/seller 4 stars for the excellent customer service of responding to my original review of the micro SD card slot not working even though it has been a few months since purchase and beyond the return period.Just found out after my return period ended that the Micro SD card reader slot does not work. Poor quality control. Hope the seller sees this and can fix this issue as the main reason I bought this one was for the Micro SD reader

I purchased this about 6 months ago, and it worked as described. Able to hook up two monitors to my laptop, and it just worked. Then I attempted to use it 6 months later, and it failed. I contacted customer support and they quickly sent out a replacement. Few places work to ensure the customer gets what they paid for. An excellent experience, and would 100% use again. thanks

I was hoping this hub would allow me to make a computer workstation out of my Macbook Air M2 2022 which has only two thunderbolt ports. This issue might be particular to my setup. I have an older monitor with a VGA to USB C adapter that I use to connect it to the Macbook. However, it doesn’t work with this product. I guess you can’t have two adapters? I also have older logitech mouse/keyboard with USB receiver. When connected to my Macbook it works great. When connected to this product, I have to move the product closer to the keyboard and mouse or the signal is too weak. However, I am able to connect my ethernet to USB C adapter to this product without losing download/upload speed. I’m also able to connect my 2k webcam.
