Works well with 4K display
I have a T15 and I’m currently using an external 4K display on display port and it works perfectly fine. I have no complaints about this dock.It comes with a thunderbolt ready USB C to C cord which you will need if you want to be running 4K and charge your laptop at the same time. The cord and the dock feel thick and decent quality.

No issues. Also works with Mac Mini!
I got this for my Lenovo laptop and it has worked without issue.I recently got a new Mac Mini and found out this dock works with that too! So now I can use multiple monitors with my Mac.

Works great, makes using the laptop much more convenient and productive
A lot cheaper than traditional docking stations (important since I’m paying for this out of my own pocket); and pretty convenient (just connect 1 cable, which allows me to place the laptop anywhere). I’ve used up all its ports except the HDMI port; and it works great.Out of the box, I had issues with it. It detects my USB 3.1 hub (with 3 external USB drives) but wouldn’t allow me to access 2 of them (the one that it allowed me to access created data corruption; had to reformat the drive); it also recognized my ethernet cable attached but wouldn’t transmit any data out of it. After updating its firmware, it’s working great. My laptop is a Thinkpad T14 gen 4.

Works well but doesnât have C adapter
This is a good dock but surprised to find. The unit itself has a power adapter and is Lenovo rectangular and not type C. Also doesnât have network port. I did use a usb c to Ethernet from the dock and works good.

Faulty Product
From the beginning, the docking station didnât work wellâlosing connection and not recognizing devices plugged into it during use. Restarting the docking station typically solved the problem, but the frequency of issues has increased over 4 months to the extent that the docking station is too irritating to use. Multiple times a day, the docking station stops recognizing 2 monitors, a keyboard, and mouseâone at a time throughout the day.The Lenovo support site is completely useless, and the return period with Amazon seems to be over.I recommend thinking twice before ordering this product.

Good Docking Station for a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon, Gen 7
I have become spoiled using 2 external monitors with another laptop I used for several years. Current laptops’ commuting abilities make them usable for me for all my needs whether in the office, traveling, or in class. However, the small single laptop screen is not as easy to view with my eyes as it was 10 years ago. I bought a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon, Gen 7 based on previous good performance of an earlier Thinkpad. This docking station works well, but like most new laptops it connects via the super/lightening/all in one USB C connection. I would prefer the older style connector, but this most be the way PC makers want to go. The setup was fairly quick and worked almost like plug and play with my two existing monitors. I had to invest a few minutes to set up the monitor displays as I wanted, but this probably the case with any docking station. I looked at the cheaper knockoff docking stations, but was not impressed with their reviews. Some also do not charge the laptop which makes them almost worthless. This Lenovo branded dock was certainly not cheap and I probably paid a premium for the name. So far it is working as advertised to charge my laptop and seamlessly switch to the external monitors when I plug it into my laptop.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to
Not much else to say since the product itself is pretty self explanatory in its specs. If you just need a pretty simple docking station that allows display out and charges your laptop at the same time, then this seems to be the best bang for buck out of the docking stations I researched. It also has a pretty healthy amount of ports considering its size. I don’t travel for work, but if I did, this charging station would also be perfect for travel since it is so compact. The only thing to consider is that power brick as well, which is more or less the same size as the docking station.I haven’t had any connectivity or power issues, seems like a very reliable unit. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who just needs a basic laptop docking station.

Sure it is expensive, and has some issues with display not showing up (fixed by updating firmware and plugging out/in the laptop USBC cable). But apart from that it works pretty good with all the devices i have connected so far. My 32 inch 2560×1440 LG monitor works like a charm at 144hz using displayport.

A great value for the money. Well-made with a solid feel.Works flawlessly with an HP laptop and a 4k monitor.Windows has drivers for it and installs them automatically, but I also installed the one from Lenovo just in case.USB-C connection also charges the laptop, so now it is the only one cable connected to the laptop.
