Much better than expected. Way better than the previous MS solution!
This is what I found: (1) the keyboard and mouse are very, very quiet. Also, (2) the power consumption is minimal. Without turning either off, there has been no need to replace the batteries, after months! (3) My encrypted MS keyboard is much larger, less quiet, and had to be replaced recently, just after one year. Very unexpected! The MS keyboard failed, but the mouse still worked, if that helps? Well, try this combo and see if you agree. I just bought a second one, today.

Very nice keyboard and mouse!
This is a very nice, very quiet keyboard when striking they keys, and very responsive, along with the mouse. I am very happy with this and it works great with my Mac Mini M2Pro. The bluetooth paired up easily and I’m very happy with this!

The Keyboard is quiet.
I have always loved Logitech keyboards and as a writer, I’ve worn the lettering off a few of them. When I needed a new one, I chose this model for the price and the keyboard itself. It’s quiet and I like the keys. My problem is the mouse. Compared to the keyboard, the mouse is super light and cheap looking. That was okay, but when the wheel began squeaking constantly, it became a nuisance. Now I’ll have to get a separate mouse, one with a better weight to it and a quiet, noiseless wheel. Why would you do that? Why would you package a nice keyboard with what appears to be a $2 mouse? Disappointed.

Great Combo
Great keyboard and mouse combo for Mac and Windows (I use both). I have the USB receiver connected to a Targus dock. Having the mouse paired to a computer via Bluetooth while also using the USB receiver is a PITA. I actually bought a separate M240 mouse for use when not docked.Itâs not immediately obvious that you need to switch the keyboard between Mac and Windows modes when switching devices.Press and hold âfunctionâ and âoâ keys for 3 seconds for MacPress and hold âfunctionâ and âpâ keys for 3 seconds for WindowsThe âstartâ key is the Windows key

Works perfectly!
Both the keyboard and mouse work as described. The dongle also worked perfectly with my laptop. Worth the price.

Not plug and play. Not for USB hubs, switches, or KVM.
I bought this as a replacement for the MK270. The product description checked more boxes than I needed. Upon connection, entertainment ensued.Boot screen showed 1 mouse. On the desktop, no mouse pointer. Blutooth lights flashing. Pressed Func and P per instructions to tell it I am using Windows. 6 seconds pass. “USB device not recognized” on Windows 10 while connected to a USB switch since boot up. I tried it twice. Seems to work only if the dongle is plugged directly into the PC. This makes no sense to me. On the desktop, I still had to press keys Func and P or else it continues to seek Blutooth.By this point, I did not even bother to see what it would do in Linux. No mention of Linux in the instructions. My logical conclusion is the MK370 will not integrate into a setup involving hubs, switches, or KVM. If, by some bit of luck this does work for you, then you might recognize this glitch at some point in time.My advice for Logitech would be to compartmentalize the Blutooth function and isolate it with a mechanical switch. Otherwise it is going to act as a gatekeeper. When it goes bonkers, the whole keyboard will be useless.
