Solid supplement despite the price
I ordered this for my Akita-malamute mix boy when he started experiencing degenerative myelopathy or DM.It helped him hang on for a few more months, it helped his digestive tract with good solid regular poops that weren’t too hard and helped him stay active a bit longer.His coat was soft, his teeth were healthy and overall ill be buying this supplement despite the price for any of my dogs going forward.

My 15 year old dog (1/2 scotty & 1/2 schnauzer) doesn’t like it
Only reason a 4 instead of 5, is because my 15 year old dog does not like it. Won’t eat it, and if I crush it on food (her fresh or plain food), she won’t eat her food.

Made a Big Difference for My Senior Dog
I started my 12 year old dachshund on Arterra’s senior formula two months ago, replacing three separate supplements I was previously giving her.She’s really been slowing down, so my expectations were measured and I would have been happy with just maintaining her health, but the positive changes I’ve seen have been dramatic. She’s very obviously moving better and even jumping on furniture when she used to wait and ask me for a lift. More dramatic has been the change in her mood – she seems happier, more energetic, and generally more at ease, particularly when we have company or she’s playing with other dogs.I don’t know if this product will extend her life, but it’s certainly improved its quality. While expensive, I’m actually spending less than I was on the supplements it replaced. This stuff is the real deal, and we’ll keep her on it as long she’s with us.
