They do the job and food stay fresh. However, after having snapware, you can tell how cheap the sides that clip in are. The snapware ones are sturdy and stick out to stack well. These lids aren’t created to stack. The clips are floppy and get in the way all the time. I do like the bigger variety of shapes and sizes in the set, though

Best containers ever!
3 words! I am impressed! I am that person who sees an item that has 4 or more stars but gets deterred by 1 or 2 bad reviews. But, I wanted to remove all toxic items from my kitchen so I took a chance. I’m so glad I did. If you are on the fence, don’t be! I have been using these containers for almost 3 months and I couldn’t be happier. I rarely use them to heat my food but I have on occasion. If I do use them to heat food, I do not it the cover in the microwave with the container. I put them in the dishwasher on the top rack only to clean. I haven’t had any issues with chipping, warping, or sealing. I was also worried about how heavy these containers would be but they are surprisingly sturdy and lightweight.

These are just as good, or better than the “P” brand and they are less than half the price! Actually, the lids are much easier to clean than the other brand. The “hinges” open further to allow you to get into the cracks and crevices.
