Money well spent
I recently moved into a new apartment, and the steps that go onto the main floor are always too dark after the sun goes down, so I wanted something to light my way. I bought these lights to wrap around the railing and they more than already paid for themselves. I love the remote and all different settings, and I love the timer in case I forget to shut it off. One thing I didn’t expect though: my TV remote seems to be on the same frequency as the lights, so sometimes my TV remote makes my lights flash. Definitely a good buy though. Highly recommend.

These lights are amazing. They are bright enough to be nightlight but not too bright to keep the kids awake. The remote is easy enough for a child to use to change the colors.

I bought these to put inside antique ballot boxes. For many years I’ve had to change out the LED’s for each season (XMas, Halloween, Birthdays, etc…), which was a pain. I bought the Minetom lights to be able to put them in there permanently and just use the remote to change colors. Works great! I wish the Orange (as in Halloween) was more “Orang-ey”, but LED’s do have limitations on certain colors. You can see that in one of the photos, where Purple and Orange are lit up. BTW – I included a photo of the remote, because it has some really nice presets built right in, including Independence Day, Christmas, Halloween, and a Birthday setting which lights up all the colors, and is really fun. Overall these are the best USB-powered LED string lights we’ve bought, and I think I’ll get some more for other LED projects! Highly recommended!

Great but small issue…
Lights are bright and colorful, with lots of options for movement or constantly staying on. Love the fact the multi-color strand has tons of options for all kinds of holidays – Christmas multi or red/green, all one color, red, white and blue, etc. Only issue is that one bulb does not turn off with remote control. I have to unplug the entire strand for the one bulb to turn off.
