I dislike that I have paid in full for a phone and received a box. I have quite a few boxes already. I waited two weeks for this empty box. Embarrassingly I jumped to conclusions, assuming it would have a phone inside, I ported my number today. My current carrier’s tower went down. I’ve been a spell in digital hell, apparently to remain here for the foreseeable future. While I can’t speak to the camera quality or freeze resistance, speed or ease of use, I can confidently state I once got a great deal but once I slap on about $50 for prepaid minutes the value isn’t nearly as enticing. Tried to save a couple bucks…I heard Boost mobile is giving away iPhones. I’ll go save a few bucks over there. Thank you Amazon customer care, as always super efficient, ready to replace it at once. I’m a fan. I have enjoyed years of excellent quality and service with Prime. Nobody:s perfect. Please let me join the shopper panel.
