I have a number of motorola Bluetooth ear pieces for use with my cell phone. The early Boom series were the best. The more recent are not as durable or reliable.

Speaker stopped working less than 3 months after purchase, used it maybe 20 times total.
Speaker stopped working less than 3 months after purchase, used it maybe 20 times total. I confirmed it was fully powered, repaired it three times, confirmed the volume on the earpiece was at maximum, etc. The sound prompts originating on the earpiece for turning it on and off don’t even play so it appears to be a hardware problem that just randomly occurred. There was no abnormal use of this device.

Good Quality – Not Comfortable
I’ve had this for 5 months. The battery life and sound are great! However, it is so uncomfortable. The clear hook that goes over the ear digs into the back of my ear. Even wearing for short period of time such as 30 minutes or less is very painful & difficult to do. None of the covers allow this to fit my ear canal closely. About 15 years ago I had a previous Motorola model that looked real similar to this one which fit perfectly & I never had an issue with it. I wish this new version was the same as the old one! Even tho sound & battery life are great I would not buy it again.

I have been using so many bluetooth mono earset for more 15years.This one is ever best one.1. speaker volume of HK126 is good.2. My voice is very clear to the opposite.3.noise cancellation is perpect and wonerful.4.The battery time is extremely long.*recommend to improve1.I hope the size would be smaller.2. a little louder Speaker volume of the HK126

Expected more from a Motorola product
After repeat purchases of knock off headsets, I decided to spend a little more and purchase a name brand model. I wear my headset almost every hour of my shift, whether it’s calls with clients or listening to music.Right out of the box? Uncomfortable. At times painful to wear. There aren’t any different earbud sizes in the box, only a plastic clip. Really shocked that ergonomics didn’t go into the design. Even with the clip it never really fits right in the ear, which gives me this loose feeling. Like I said, doesn’t fit right, painful to wear.The main button is hot keyed to bring up your phone AI, not power off. Shutdown of the device takes about 15 seconds and opens all kinds of chaos on your phone.The battery life is roughly half of what the knockoffs offer, depending on use 6-8 hours.Really disappointed in the purchase.Update: the bottom gets stuck all the time after a month of use.
