Solid as always
I have been using Mous since they first came out at Kickstarter and it has been my only and first choice for my iPhones.I like the clarity series because it shows the color of the phone. The draw back is the touch of plastic. I had one with bamboo back, the feeling of holding it is awesome, and the drawback is a bit heavier. Nothing is perfect, to protect my investment, these trivial things are really nothing to worry about. The only thing I would really like to see is the 2 tiny holes so I could use lanyard for my phone. Let’s just wait and see.

Buttons are terrible
The case itself is pretty sturdy and should take drops and protect the phone. Do not waste your time buying this case. The buttons are terrible and make the iPhone not fun to use. Have to push very hard to get them to work and the texture is terrible.

Just what I wanted
A little pricey, but worth it. Great texture for gripping the phone. Not flashy and does not draw attention.
Alexander Haavisto –
All I use is Mous phone cases
Been using Mous cases for years with great results, this case included. Nice cutout for the new side button that still allows for full use of it.

Not clear
Completely black trim with a clear back

Failed to protect iPhone
Mous case failed to protect my less than one-year old phone when dropped on its back: the area around the camera completely shattered. Mous support refused to refund a reasonable amount toward my iPhone repairs and only agreed to credit me the base cost of the case, not even the full amount of my original purchase which included a screen protector. This is clearly a design flaw for a protective phone case advertised as protecting against “stunt”-high drops. Follow-up Mous customer service fell short. I will not be buying from them again. Others should beware also.

It just wasn’t worth what I paid for it!
I recently purchased a brand new iphone 16 Pro Max, and because it cost so much, really wanted to invest in a very high quality case/cover to protect my new device .When it comes to my electronic devices, I’ve always been somewhat of a fanatic when it comes to having an outer protective case or cover. I don’t believe in owning or using a “naked” electronic device. They cost too much!!!!So, I started searching high and low across Amazon’s platform, as well as other sites. And I came across the “Mous” brand, and many ads touting the strength of this item. So, after some research, I did go ahead and order it; and truly expected so much more than I got! When the product arrived, and I unboxed it, I was very disappointed (to say the least), because for upwards of $70.00 I just expected a better, more durable product. But, the real truth is that my new phone had arrived a couple of days prior to the delivery of the “Mous” and me being extremely paranoid and OCD about carrying my new iPhone around “butt naked” (that cost me more than $2,000.00) I just didn’t want to run the risk of dropping or otherwise damaging it because of not having a protective cover. So, when the phone arrived, I immediately ran out to my local Walmart and I found the “CCSmall for Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max Case Clear Bling with Camera Lens Ring Stand, [Crystal Anti-Yellowing] Compatible with MagSafe Girls Women Cute Sparkle Case Cover for iPhone 16 Pro Max XCS Clear for $16.98.” I picked up this clear case, thinking that it would suffice for a few days, until the “Mous” case arrived.Once I opened this case and put it on my New 16 Pro Max, I felt really secure about the cover, and thought “for $16.95, this case feels fairly substantial.” I felt very secure carrying my new iPhone around in the Wal Mart brand, while I waited for the Mous cover— thinking that once the “chosen one” arrived, my confidence would be boosted. But, that just didn’t happen. No such luck! When the item arrived, I immediately tried it on. And I just couldn’t really see or feel any difference, in terms of value for my money. It didn’t take me a good 30 minutes of examining and reviewing this product, on my device, to figure out that it just wasn’t the one for me. It wasn’t worth what I had paid — especially when I had only a couple of days earlier, walked out of my local Walmart, with one that cost much less, and seemingly performed just as well. So, there you have it.Even though they boast about how they test these products, and how much detailing goes into making them in terms of design and fit, and protection, I just wasn’t sold. This is just my take on a product that I considered to be seriously overrated.

Mous always makes a great phone case and thing one is a little basic but it’s still a mous case so comes with all the protection a mous comes with

Best protective case for iPhone period. The protection level is unmatched, it’s a bit more expensive , but worth every penny, considering the iPhone if worth $1,400 !Highly recommend! If they make this case for your phone brand, but it!

Nice case initially, scratches easily, by the end of the week it looked a year old. Too expensive for what it is.

So, I don’t write reviews unless the products are beyond expectation or the opposite. In this case the feeling of being duped grates me. As they warn you about doing in Mous marketing I ordered an Amazon case that was reasonably priced when the new phone arrived. Then after thinking about the cost of the phone investing in a case near $100.00 was potentially worth it to avoid a broken glass incident, so I cave.It shows up, i unbox and as others have said in these reviews; underwhelming. For 20 mins I studied the differences between the two cases to find they are minimal and questionable as to effectiveness at best. Understanding physics and energy absorption / dissipation it’s not possible for a 1/4 mm of cellular foam on the ends of the case to mitigate a 40′ fall as the advertising shows. Then I realize I’ve bought the wrong model case as it fits but doesn’t have magmount. Go to the mous website to see how to correctly word the search to get the right case (their model delineation is garbage) and see it cost me more than double on Amazon because they have a sale going. (yes exchange, shipping etc accounted for)Read the reviews and Mous shipping could be fast or could take a month. So guaranteed speed does have a price, I get that, fair enough. All in all paying near $100 for $1.00 worth of plastic in a fancy box is just something I can’t justify. As I waffle on this I then see the disclaimer on their site at checkout that says “Please note our products are seriously protective but they do not make your device indestructible. Throwing, dropping or mistreating devices in our cases can cause cracked screens and internal damage.”Meanwhile in the adverts they are dropping it down the vertical equivalent of 3 flights of stairs onto concrete and claiming no damage internal or external. So if it falls out of my hand you say it can still break? To me it all stinks like a scam of overpromised marketing that you can’t challenge. Brilliant because you can’t test it for yourself unless you have an unlimited supply of phones to break. People seem to like them so to each their own. Even at double or triple the price of a “cheapie” case I might justify it if it seemed any better than what others offer. But not at the thief like regular pricing they set on their products. Offered by the way on the Mous direct site or the Amazon Mous USA store. I’d have no issue dropping a C note if there was 100% guarantee I’d never break glass front or back.
