Very nice Microphone for MotoVloging
This microphone worked great mounted in my full face helmet with out a face shield, it has great audio even at 60 mph, picks up just the right amount of engine noise so your videos sound very real, make sure you use the wind screen , in fact buy some spare screens to have because you will lose them.

Simply the best!
i’ve tried countless in wired in helmet, microphone set ups. This one by far is the best. It completely eliminated wind noise and chopping/ clipping. It works so good. I’m ordering a second as a back up. Five stars all day!!!

Great Sound; Poor build quality
Please refer to video for sound quality test. See photos for reference to build quality issues.—- Microphone review —-Overall it’s a solid sounding microphone. I didn’t experiment with positioning inside of the helmet. The sound is a teeny bit harsh but it’s placed less than a half inch from my mouth so no blame there. I did not test at speeds above 80mph, but at 80mph the wind is nowhere near as harsh as other microphones and does not cause clipping, stuttering, popping or crackling which was the number one reason I bought this mic. So far it holds up. I’m not disappointed with the microphone. The quality for the price is fantastic. I have the pop filter it came with installed in addition to a cheap “dead cat” sound stock over top for a double layer of wind protection. Recording performed with a GoPro Hero 5 Black and GoPro audio adapter with an AGV K6 helmet.—- Build Quality —-Mostly terrible. It’s pretty flimsy. I broke my first unit as soon as I tried handling it when installing it into my helmet. It separated at the ends causing the wires to disconnect/short. For the second unit I receive, the same problem was present. The glue used to secure these pieces is horribly weak. However, I was prepared. I used some loctite gel super glue for a thicker, sturdier finish and gently separated the pieces. I placed the glue around the edges and then pushed everything back together. So far it’s held up very well. I have had no more issues. I don’t believe I should have had to do it in the first place. I hesitate to give the unit 4 stars because of how weak the assembly is. At least the components themselves are sturdy and rigid. But really, just use better glue. There’s no reason this shouldn’t be a 5 star product. Fix the glue or modify the assembly to be a sealed set and you have the best mic I can find on the market.

Hot garbage
Didn’t work at all, took 100+ attemps for it to work once, never touched it, tried to stream later that day and nothing.Absolutely garbage and a waste of money.

This microphone worked the best.
To date this is by far the best motovlog microphone I have tried. I was going crazy looking for one that would work with my GoPro and you can hear me fine and the sound of my motorcycle but all most no wind noise. I added the dead cat wind cover from a earlier failed microphone.

AMAZING Microphone
This was the perfect solution to my motovloging issue. I’ve tried many different brands and versions of microphones and this one is perfect in averyway. I absolutely love the build quality and the slim small design. Thinking of getting another one because of how mich I like them. Hands down the best one on the market in an affordable price range

Get a deadcat
The microphone is excellent. I have been using it as an in-helmet mic for almost a year and it’s better than any of the more expensive mic’s I’ve used. The only knock is that the foam wind cover is not securely held. Mine blew off at a gas station in Arizona and I watched it fly back onto the interstate. I picked up a cheap deadcat and secured it by sewing it closed around the boom of the mic.

The audio is so clear I finally am able to hear myself speak without wind noise crackling the speech!I used this with the Insta360 One X2 connected to the mic adaptor and it works flawlessly. The gooseneck mic is certainly useful when it comes to placing the mic closely to my mouth where it is tucked in behind the chin area of the helmet.The helmet I use has wind coming through the visor area as it isn’t a completely full face helmet as the lower chin is an attachment which can be taken off to be used as an open face helmet therefore I was quite surprised how clear the audio was.My only small gripe is the foam cover for the mic easily falls out so what I did was cover it with a dead cat to ensure it stays in place as well as eliminate as much wind noise as possible and this seems to work really well.
