Perfect crunchy sprouted bean mix
This was one of those “experimental” purchases. I just wanted to see if they were any good. Well, they are great. The beans sprouted easily, kept nicely in the fridge, and added a distinct crunch to salads. I will definitely purchase again. Given the amount of sprouts one package yields, I would say they are well worth the price.

These seeds start sprouting after a day or so and then they go to town. I used a quart mason jar with a lid made for sprouting and for my first batch I used only 1 tablespoon of seeds. After 3 or 4 days they filled half the jar. The sprouts are great in stir fry & with scrambled eggs.

I am not new to sprouting but this was my first time to buy this particular combination to sprout. The peas sprouted, some of the lentils sprouted, hardly any of the adzuki beans sprouted. I have emailed Nature Jim’s about this twice with no response from the company. Pretty disappointed that I can’t get any type of reply from the company

We are new to sprouting, but after paying $5 or more for a pint of sprouts we decided to give it a try. These beans are a great blend, they are so easy to grow, and they really only take 3 days at room temp. I highly recommend combining with a jar of Nature Jim’s salad blend sprouts (they take 5-7 days so have to be grown separately) for a veggie wrap that is out of this world. I’ve sprouted about 5 batches of these beans so far and still have only used about half the bag. Definitely worth it!
