The pillow is super soft when you take it out of the package so I thought that there was no way that it could be supportive and be super soft, but I was wrong! It does a fabulous job of supporting my head and neck and my neck and shoulder pain is so much better! I do put it in a large pillow case because I just can’t sleep on it without one. I can sleep on my back or side and still get fantastic support. No regrets!

This pillow is amazing! I’ve purchased all kinds of pillows that promised to alleviate neck pain and none of them have worked. I was very skeptical at first but then I thought I’ll try it out. I’m glad I did. For the first time in a long time I woke up with no neck pain. If you’re in doubt don’t be, buy this pillow you won’t regret it. I just had to give a review on this pillow because it feels so good not to have any neck pain. Seriously people, this is a great pillow and the price can’t be beat.

After 6 months of being in pain and buying several different pillows, I finally found the pillow that helps me. Even before I was in pain I tossed and turned all night. With this pillow I sleep through the night and it has helped with my neck pain tremendously. I wake up with little to no pain, but I know I need a new mattress also but this helps in the meantime. I tried one other pillow like this and it was horrible, to a point I was like there’s no way I’m ever trying one of these pillows again. So glad I tried this one. It is a nice firmness and hasn’t flattened and forms nicely to my neck. I’m usually a side sleeper, but with this pillow I can even sleep comfortably on my back. This pillow has helped me so much I’ve suggested to my family to switch to this pillow and to a friend of mine who is also suffering from neck pain. I’ll never buy another pillow.

The pillow came compressed and vacuum sealed like a mattress so it took a bit of kneading and time to get the pillow to fully expand. Once it was fully expanded, it is comfortable to sleep on. Your head sits in the middle leaving your neck and shoulder supported. It has helped a bit with neck stiffness and allowed motion to be back in my neck in the morning without having to stretch as much or have that feeling if needing to crack my neck to relieve tightness. I sometimes sleep with headphones I and this also allows room for that without having an ear bud smashed into your ear. With more time I would consider this my go to pillow.

These kind of pillows take getting used to because they are much more firm than your average pillow. Some people hate them and say they are uncomfortable but I personally have found a more firm mattress and pillow to be very helpful with my neck and back problems.
I don’t use this one that much because I find the shape to be more awkward and restricted, compared to the other more traditional Cervical Pillow I have.
With this one, you have to keep your head in the middle… but with the other one you can rotate it around or sleep on the edge of it. It’s more versatile for sleeping in diffoerent positions.
I’ve been sleeping with that one lately and not having pains in my neck nearly as much as I used to. But I’ve done other things too like chiropractor and massage. Also I try to be more aware of what positions I sleep to avoid damaging my neck.

It’s comfortable, supports my head and neck and doesn’t put pressure on my face mask so I sleep soundly every night and wake up pain free every morning and well rested.
