Well Made and Durable
I love this hay feeder. It is well made and durable. The metal is sturdy and of quality material. It is easy to install as well and fits the corner of the stall. I love the sheer amount of hay that this thing holds. At 27 gallons of capacity, it can hold almost an entire small bale of hay or half of a larger one. Additionally, it is made to hold in the hay better than other models, so there is not as much waste on the ground. The rails are close together, so it works somewhat like a slow feeder. This hay rack is perfect for livestock at any barn.

Not good
These are not good . They barely hold any hay 2 flakes. When we installed them in our stalls I knew I had made a bad choice .. will be replacing these for sure

The metal structure of the feeder is nice, very sturdy and simple. It came with the hardware required, the metal bars to keep the hay in are sturdy and I couldn’t bend them. I’m sure the donkey will find a way, but it will probably take him a while! The black coating looks good and the feeder is functional. My sheep and donkey used it right away. I like the distance between the bars, it’s not too narrow and not too wide, so hay doesn’t fall out and it’s not too easy for the donkey to drag everything out and spill it on the ground. It’s a good idea and if you have a corner space that could use a feeder, this is a good buy!

This arrived in a beat up package and when I took it out the sides where you bolt it up were bent in all kinds of ways and there were no bolts or screws to use to install it.

Nice feeder but needs better screws
I have two horses and a donkey and needed a corner slow feeder for the donkey who gains weight on air. It works well but the screws like others have said leave a lot to be desired with large animals. We changed them out to a better quality screw. The only modification I would suggest is the option for a lid to truly maximize the slow feed effect.

Durable
Feels pretty durable and fits into the corner just fine. I was a little confused about the handle on the inside of the sloped corner piece, but I am able to reach through the vertical bars and grab the handle to flip it up and clean out the feeder as needed, which is handy. Aside from that, I don’t really think the handle has a purpose.It was pretty much ready to go right out of the box. All I had to do was assemble the handle and 2 little brackets on either side of the corner triangle piece and that was it. It included all the screws and screw insulator-thingies for attaching it to the wall, and even included an extra insulator thingy and 2 extra screws.My biggest complaint, however, is that the handle had 2 screws in the package with it… these screws were completely useless and were MUCH too long for use on the feeder. There were a pair of 2 other size screws in the package, with no mention of them in the instructions. It took some trial and error to find the right screws to fit the handle. You’ll end up with 4 extra screws with absolutely zero purpose for some reason… so, add them to that container of stray/random screws and bolts in your junk drawer I guess!

Corner hay feeder
I like this corner hay feeder for my horses. It doesn’t take up valuable space since it’s in the corner. It holds a great amount of hay and minimizes waste. Because of the hole openings it is an option for smaller animals like goats or even the bigger guys like my horses. It’s well made and sturdy. I haven’t had any issues with the animals being “too rough” with this one.

Wow, this is a great feeder. It’s very sturdy and it doesn’t have any nails or sharp edges that an animal could hurt themselves on my goats really like it and the great part about it is you can load the hay into the corner and several goats can eat from it.
