Nice form factor
Like this because itâs very well contained. The cable folds away nicely and it fits in my bag exactly as intended. Good quality build that I think will last a long time. Had lots of good functions.

Inconsistent
Really liked this unit for the first day. Worked as advertised. However, now it works inconsistently. The monitors will connect, disconnect, sometimes reconnect and sometimes not reconnect. Unit gets warm and now is making a high pitch squealing sound. I would look elsewhere for a docking station. This one has issues.Update: Customer service reached out to assist with the issues. They were very responsive and helpful with correcting my problems. I am updating my review after they helped.

Works except for passthru power
I upgrade my the USB hub purchased maybe 3 or so years ago because I was hoping to simplify the connection to just a single USB-C. I tried my existing laptop charger which I figured wasn’t enough wattage. So I tried a larger charger I had but that too failed. I bit the bullet and bought a new100 watt charger to get it to work. But it doesn’t and I still have to use two USB-C cords and I missed the return window trying to get my existing cords to work. The hub works and does what it’s supposed to minus the passthru charging. Overall, this was a frustrating experience.

AWESOME ESP IF YOU ALSO USE A NINTENDO SWITCH
I was looking for something small and compact to travel with that could read SD cards, hook up USB devices to my tablet (which obviously has USB c) and could be used to charge multiple devices overnight. this thing is perfect. UNBEKNOWNST to me, this thing doubles as a portable SWITCH dock! I was looking at portable docks and realized, this thing has all the same ports. hooked it up with a battery pack, and my nebula capsule, viola. I can literally play switch on the airport wall with no power outlet on a 100 inch screen. pretty cool. build quality and finish are great! outlets all seem sturdy.2 things that I’d love to see in this:-surge protection built in (maybe not necessary or feasible due to size)-retractable USB c so you could get rid of the loop (doesn’t fit well in my case)all in all incredibly happy with this buy. a very useful tool for any geek!

Again, product is great. It is compact, has all the ports you’d need and a good price for that. Would definitely recommend!(Original Review)I was really happy with this product. It’s compact and has all the ports I need. I used this product successfully with my laptop (HP and Microsoft Surface), Steam Deck, and phone (Samsung in Dex-mode). All the functionallities worked great.However, after about three months, the charging functionality stopped working. I always used my original laptop charger as the input power and worked great (fast charging) until just now. While I’m impressed by the functionalities of this product, I am not by the durability of it.

This hub has so many ports it’s almost like a dock actually. I’ve tried similar hubs before settling on this one. I have a dual-screen setup with a mixture of peripherals such as headsets, mouse, keyboard, etc. I want to have a single cable to plug/unplug my laptop when I alternate between my work & home offices. This hub has fulfilled that requirement 100%.About its features, I especially appreciate the fact that the usb-c connecting cable is longer than most pricier brands, e.g. Anker’s is 15cm! compared to this one at 40cm. The casing is also made of metal, which is sturdy as well as keeps it cool. Power delivery works as expected at keeping my laptop charged as well as powering the peripherals. There is no negative for now, the only unknown is durability, but I have another Novoo hub that’s still working fine after 2 years, so that’s promising.FYI, one of those I tried and returned was an Anker hub, which was more expensive with less features, so my suggestion would be to look at multiple brands the next time you shop for a usb hub/dock.
