Great device… minus one fatal flaw and one minor flaw
I was excited for this little device. It’s compact and well-built. It seems to work well. It doesn’t look like it has any auto-off function, which I find to be bizarre. We’ll call this a minor flaw. The major flaw is that the volume is SO LOW. When I play a YouTube video over the speaker, it is loud, indeed. But, I cannot get it to work with a call. I have to be right on top of it to get decent volume. There’s no possible way I can use this in a conference room as intended. I am on an iPhone 16 Pro, by the way, and yes, volume is the highest it can be on both the phone and the speaker. It simply does not work for the reason that it was ordered. As a bluetooth speaker, I’d give it 3-4 stars (no auto-off is a problem). As a conference speaker, I give it 1 star — I would NOT recommend it.

OK conference speaker / microphone
I don’t think this would work great in a big conference room. My use is more of a small office. I’ve gone back to using my headset because with my headset, my voice comes across clearly and at a good volume (at least I’ve been told). But this conference speaker / microphone makes me sound farther away unless I get right up to it, but then that’s not how I expect to use a conference device. Otherwise, the features are great and the included case is nice for travel.

This conference speaker is a disappointment.
In short, this conference speaker was a disappointment and this was surprising to me as I had high hopes given the speaker’s advertised AI and ENC algorithms but all I experienced was muted and dampened sound coming out and going into the speaker which, for me, makes this useless as a conference speaker. I’m abolutely perplexed as I see that other people have left postive reviews for other versions/models of the company’s conference speakers and products. Perhaps I’m just an outlier?

Nice portable speaker
This is a nice portable conference speaker. It connected easily to both my phone and laptop. My laptop mic died, so this is a great substitute. The sound seems clear and the mic works great. The case is nice for traveling with it.
