Softening, smoothing, and smells good
It contains PLENTY of oil in it. I saw many ratings saying that it was tiny packaging, but the bottle is about the size of your hand and it only takes a few drops to rub onto one side of my head (I have extremely thick and course hair.) It smooths my hair down well and definitely softens it. Yes, it is very easy to overapply, but when I do, I normally just let it sit for a while then wash it out as a little hair mask. As soon as I applied it to my hair, I could smell the coconut and it smells amazing. It definitely repairs and through the couple weeks I have used it I’ve noticed lots of differences in texture and frizzyness. I definitely recommend if you have dry or frizzy hair or just want your hair to smell even better. It soaks in in about an hour ish and afterwards my hair stays shiny for the rest of the day. I personally use it as a daily oil on my ends, but it can be used as a before shower or directly after, however I did notice that if I applied it to my wet hair it made my ends greasy, which could just be from my hair type so don’t let that affect your purchase. Overall I love the quality and I definitely recommend it to anyone with frizzy or dry hair or anyone just wanting healthier or longer hair.

pleasant scent, a little goes a long way
I like this product. it’s not too greasy but it’s definitely more useful for dry or damaged hair. Made my dry ends feel softer and look shiny and healthier.Depending on your hair type you can use it as you want but for straight hair like mine, I recommend applying it to just the ends (or lower half on longer hair) on wet or damp, towel dried hair, then combing it through before blow drying and styling.You can use it on dry hair too, just make sure you distribute a thin layer on your hands first and lightly apply it to the ends of your hair and brush thoroughly. It is light and smells fresh and fantastic but it’s still an oil, so be careful not to overdo it and don’t apply a large globs directly to hair, right out of the bottle, or anywhere near the scalp. The hair will still smell nice and fresh but too much will probably won’t get absorbed or distributed evenly and it will only make hair appear oily.I like that this product just smells of coconut and that’s it. It’s pleasant, light fragrance smells very natural, subtle and not at all artificial or overwhelming. I can’t stand when products claim to be coconut and once opened, reek of the tacky smell of chemically produced piña colada, coconut and fake pineapple like suntan lotion.Many other hair product manufacturers that make products claiming to be “coconut” scented apparently think coconut is the same thing as piña colada… and it’s just not.Happily though, this is not one of them. The package says “coconut oil” and the subtle scent of coconuts is the only thing you get.It’s not an excessively sticky oil so (in theory at least) you could use it on skin too— just be careful if you do because it takes a while to absorb and in the meantime it will make your skin very slippery. I have heard of people using this as body moisturizer, and it did work in a pinch. It’s sort of heavy formula so a little drop goes a long way. It’s really for hair and there’s not really a sufficient amount in the bottle to be practical option for everyday use as anything other than a hair care product.

Love this stuff
I’ve been using this stuff on both my hair and on the mane and tail of my horse. The results are astounding. Especially on my horse the glossy glow lasts for days, repels dust & dirt, and brushing out shavings is a breeze. It isn’t sticky or slimy and doesn’t dry the hair like show sheen and other horse products. It also smells incredible!!

Great and afforable
Discovered this via Youtube and it is so worth it! I use it as a pre-wash conditioner. So, I place it primarily on the ends (bottom portion of hair) and let it sit for a good 20-30 minutes. I do this 1-2x a week. My hair is so soft! plus it smells wonderfully. If you have a steam cap, even better for hair absorption.

Great for dry and damaged hair
I started using this after I researched the best oils (coconut) to use for damaged hair. This oil can be used on wet or dry hair and is lightweight and doesn’t leave the hair with any residue or filmy feeling. When I use it on my wet hair before drying it gives a beautiful shine! Also helps smooth out the frizz. I have incorporated this as a standard in my haircare routine.

I ordered the double pack, and when I received the package in the mail the package was juicy inside. I opened the package and found half of one of the bottles had been opened and leaked out causing a slippery mess and loss of product. Not very impressed.

Enamorada de este producto, en pocos días se empieza a notar cambios, tenia las puntas súper resecas y a los pocos días de usar el aceite empecé a notar más hidratadas las puntas, elimina el friz y también noté que me alacio poquito el cabello, huele delicioso a coco, solo tomen en cuenta que el producto es pequeño, del tamaño de la palma de la mano, pensé que sería más grande pero lo contrario, pero no es problema ya que con 2 o 3 gotitas rinde para todo el cabello, yo me lo pongo al salir de bañarme y wow.
