My Guinea pigs love Oxbow vitamin C tablets! I have 5 piggies and each one gets one tablet per day, we go through a lot of them. Since Guinea pigs cannot make their own vitamin C, they require vitamin C-rich foods in their diet and the Oxbow tablets help ensure they get enough daily. 👏

Healthy treats
My guinea pigs adore this so much. Every afternoon, I go to their cage and they go nuts already while hearing my footsteps ’cause they know it’s treats time! Vitamin C is really important for GP as they cannot produce their own. Without it, they might get scurvy, so for all GP owners out there, please give them Vit C. Water drop Vit C is not an option because sometimes, it dilutes and some GP’s would avoid drinking water because they don’t like the taste– this is the worst thing ever, we don’t want them dehydrated. Will buy more of this before I ran out.

Vitamin C cookies for your guinea pig
I give these to my guinea pigs daily. My piggies love them. They are more expensive at the pet store and veterinarian’s office. It’s a good deal and since I use them up quickly (I have 8 guinea pigs), you can’t beat the quality and price. And, when you don’t have time to give them their daily vitamin C or just want to give them a treat, the tablets are perfect!

My pigs used to love these
My rabbits are still gobbling these down be the last batch that I ordered the guinea pigs are turning their nose up at when they used to fight over them which makes me leery of them. I don’t think it a MFG thing maybe a storage issue. My pigs are NOT picky eaters so if they say something is off… I’ll try ordering from amazon again but may have to switch to a box store if the pigs complain again about them. Great product that makes giving your pigs vitamin C much easier that I’ve been using for years with no issues till now.
