The best RGB strips
These are the best RGB strips Iâve owned. It is bright, and they donât leave hotspots in my diffuser. I had issues with the adhesiveness and I received a faulty product, but I was able to get it replaced swiftly. I decided to install them into a diffuser and it made the strip even better. Upon unboxing and inspecting the strip, you can tell how durable it is by its thickness. While they are thick, they are also flexible. I had to curve them in the corners and had no issues. It comes with a controller but it also has an app to easily control the rgb strip. Overall, very satisfied, worth the premium cost, and you wonât be disappointed with the quality youâre getting.

Fantastic lights, terrible app
These are my absolute favorite light strips! I use these in my house for my game room and I use the 5v ones for cosplay. The look of these lights are seamless and extremely bright and beautiful. They can be controlled with a remote or app. The remote allows you to put the lights in various modes and has decent amount of setting for mood lighting, including sound activation. However the app for these lights is third-party and virtually useless. It quite literally doesn’t do anything at all and has terrible ratings for good reason so you are better off using the remote.

Worth the price & amazing customer service
Taking on a project to build shelving and lighting is far outside of my wheelhouse. However, I did know from a project several years earlier that if you want to install led lighting, don’t buy just any strip off Amazon. The Pautix LED strips are extremely bright on the white setting. My thoughts are you can always turn down the brightness, but you can never go higher than the max. I ran into some hurdles along the way, however, Bella from Pautix customer service messaged with me every day I had another question. Not only was she extremely patient, but incredibly helpful. She even sent me some connectors for free since I initially had purchased the wrong ones. I could not have been happier with the level of customer service and help that I received… which I can’t say for most places these days. This product was extremely easy to install, the adhesive was super tacky and the remote control has plenty of options. I will definitely use Pautix for future lighting projects.

Fantastic strip, meh software, great customer service!
RGB COB strip is solid – good brightness, good color control for a decent price. The App has little to offer outside of direct, phone-in-hand control. Note that this is not compatible with google/alexa – its “smart” referring to direct smartphone app control (Wish i realized this the 1st time around)Customer service – pautix reached out and sent me a google compatible controller. solid.The app bad stuff:- Tries to autoconnect to devices while logging in the first time – It didn’t connect and then the app was unresponsive. Had to force close the app. get around this by having the strip ready to go/powered before working with the app. There’s also a setting to turn this off if you can get there before it pops up/freezes.- All scheduling is deleted when the SP611E is powered off so it’ll continue to leech power in the off cycle. If you experience power outages, this is better managed with a smart plug + google/alexa.

Great lighting and support
I had a very unique LED installation where I used extension cords and splitters.For the left and right, I needed the 5A power supply to support the three way split and 6ft extension cords to each shelf. Each shelf LED run is about 24-26inches each. The extensions had to be the exact same length for power distribution.The center window has its own controller and it a 15ft run. A stronger power supply didnât work so I figured out how to bring the controller closer to the LED strip and used the included power supply.PAUTIX support was excellent and helped me figure out the entire setup.Everyone is really impressed with the lightingI particularly like how the light is continuous vs lots of LED dots. These LEDs can get very bright, so consider protecting your eyes if you work close to them while setting them up.

Has this for about a month then one day it quit working, got it to work a little bit and now it’s totally dead. I work in electrical controls for a living so I trouble shoot it and the power supply totally failed for no real reason. Total rip off

Great Product and Customer Service!
These are great LED strip lights for a great price. Customer service was extremely helpful when I had questions on what all I needed for my kitchen project to get it wired up correctly with enough roper to evenly light up the spaces. They were quick to respond and quickly replaced a shorted strip for me.The lights themselves are evenly lit and extremely bright. being a COB LED light strip, a diffuser isnât necessary to avoid the dot effects with other LED strips but using a diffuser will help soften up the light a little more for the lower lights closer to the ground.The app could use a little more work and upgrades but does do what I need it to. Just know that you can only group 5 controllers within a group so planning out the layout of the lights are critical if you are trying to get an entire room functioning together.Great affordable alternative to expensive under cabinet lighting with some planning and labor. I highly recommend this product and will probably use them for many future projects!

Honestly could not be happier so far for what I bought this for. I bought a giant hoop which you can find here https://a.co/d/aEb0ZAB and I taped the lights to the inside of the hoop. I was impressed by how many options you have to change things; definitely keeping the remote manual taped to the remote. Incredibly bright with ability to lower or brighten. Pairs well with music, couldnât be happier really. Iâll let you know if anything negative happens, but so far Iâm loving this new little statement piece that really sets a vibe. Note: it does seem like itâs mostly picking up snare and base, as opposed to voice as well, sometimes.
