These headphones, my husband purchased them for work while he is on the road, they are comfortable, easy to use and he has had no isssues. They connect almost instantaneously to his truck and he’s confirmed to me that he has no negative comments to say about this headset.

1st order & replacement were broke on arrival
I only picked 1 star because 0 or negative stars was not an option. This product is absolutely the worst – never had this issue with anything else ordered from Amazon for over 5 years. 1st pair had 1 earphone broken off of headset. Replacement order had both ear pieces broken off. The attachment is only plastic so it’s just a weak joint, poor design, poor product. Buy at your own risk!!

When it worked it was great now not so much now
I bought this product over a year ago and it worked great on my PS5 and my PC. Now jump to now 10/25 new black ops game comes out and I disconnected the usb from my pc and connect it to the PS5 it will no longer work on either PC or PS5. I tried the steps to connect my usb to my headset and nothing its like they are not communicating anymore. I really liked the comfort of the headset but upon reading reviews this brand after a while has an issue with connectivity.

Not concealedâ¦but good headphones
I was really disappointed that my package showed up and wasnât concealed at all so everyone could see what it was. Thank goodness I was home when they were delivered. This is now the second time Amazon has delivered something without put it in an Amazon box. The headphones are great!!
