Highly functional yet lightweight…
We are going on vacation and are concerned about keeping ourselves hydrated. We do not want to carry a lot of weight while walking and sightseeing so upon finding these little bottles we were excited yet apprehensive. While they are lightweight, we feared they might smell of the plastic/silicone from which they are made. We followed the instructions closely in flushing and treating them prior to use and voila, the water tastes as fresh as if it just came out of the fountain. Additionally, they are lightweight and fold into a compact little package that is easy to transport.

Very compact, lightweight, and great for travel!
I took this water bottle with me to Ireland and Scotland this last spring. It was wonderful being able to clip it onto my purse and fill it with water once in the airport. I used it the entire trip. I boiled it before I used it, but did not notice any smell at all even before boiling. Love how light weight it is and easy to fill on the top due to large lid. It has a great drinking spout that did not leak at all and a cord that keeps it collapsed when not in use. The only reason I gave this a 4 was because if you accidentally hold the bottle in the middle while drinking it will squirt out the top. We learned quickly to hold the cap on the top while drinking from it.

Gets the job done
I got these bottles for my three teenage daughters during summer music festival season and they were perfect. They were light and didn’t get in the way, the carabiner held up, and they’re just the right size. Definitely worth the purchase.

Collapsible to an extreme
It’s very compact. But there is little to keep it upright or from shooting its contents everywhere. And if you put soda in it and it gets bounced around, the gas will bloat the bottle up like a little football…so be careful opening. Also, it seems small, holding more like a 12-ounce soda can than 16 ounces.The smell wasn’t all that bad. I rinsed it, let it sit in the sun for a bit, ran it through the dishwasher, then used an effervescent tooth retainer tablet to clean it.

Worked well
This worked well for carrying around the convention center. I washed it when I got it and didn’t notice any strange taste when I used it. It didn’t leak and collapsed down nicely to be packed away when I was done. Easy to use, good size, worked well.

Nice on the go
For starters the lid stays shut and is water tight, so you don’t have to worry about keeping it in the bag. I bought 3 of these for international travel so I could refill in the airport without have to drop money on water bottles. They did the trick for 2 weeks in Europe. Removing one star as the rubber strap on one of them immediately broke but the bottle itself was still usable and I used a small carabiner to strap to my bag instead.

Great in theory BUT…
My husband and got these for going in a Caribbean cruise because the water on land is not always drinkable. The concept is GREAT – they’re compact, flexible, keep your water cold. But no matter how much we washed them or did the “hot water trick” the smell and taste of silicone made me vomit. We ended up not even using them and it was incredibly disappointing because my husband and I had to buy MORE reusable bottles. We have tried to clean them post vacation, and the same thing. We are sadly going to look at returning them.

Good for festivals
This is great for festivals that allows you to bring in an empty water bottle. It folds up and with carabiner it can attach to my bag so don’t have to hold on to it. Since it is silicone, it is soft. You have to gently fill and drink so it won’t spillover.
