Good for price and size
Wider strap would be more comfortable and keep them from spinning

I’m reviewing the 8×21 version of these. Note that this particular pair is produced by the millions in China and stamped with various silly made-up words like “Poldr” or whatever random Latin letters were smushed together to create a “brand name” that will be extinct in another year or two. They’re all the same and you’ll be able to recognize them by their shape.
I’m a binocular aficionado, I have several pairs. I wanted to get a pair that I could take to the third-world on vacation and not worry if they were lost, stolen or broken. These are decent ones for that purpose.
They are, in fact, 8x magnification, compared with my other (good) 8x binoculars, so that’s nice. A lot of the cheapie no-name binocs overstate their magnification. Anything over 10x in this price range probably isn’t that powerful. At this price-range, don’t go higher than 8x because you won’t be able to hold them steady and they will be dark and difficult to see through.
Fit and finish are pretty bad. The lenses are reasonably clear, however. Clarity falls away around the edges of the glass, as should be expected at this price-point. Collimation is barely ok. Focus knob is surprisingly smooth. The leash/neck strap cannot be removed so I took scissors and cut it off because I won’t be needing it for binoculars this cheap. If I drop them off a cliff it’s not exactly a big deal.
Carrying pouch is cheap and poor but usable. The brand name that’s printed on the item can be removed with some rubbing alcohol and a fingernail, which is nice.
Overall, for the price, these are 4 stars. Quality compared to everything available in all price ranges is 2 stars. Averaged out to 3. Your mileage may vary because I have a feeling the quality control of these is terrible. Keep purchasing and returning until you get a decent pair. Or just spend more and get something you don’t have to screw around with such as Bushnell, Nikon, Celestron…

These are great! Got them on a limited deal for $20, and they’re SO worth it!
I ordered them for a trip to the Amazon jungle! I wanted small and lightweight for travel. These are perfect! Magnification is just right. Easy to adjust and focus. Smaller than I expected which is a good thing! Absolutely worth $20!
I will definitely use these for backyard bird watching in addition to my trip to the Amazon!
My neighbors better keep their blinds closed! Haha!

It’s hard to believe these tiny, lightweight binoculars are so sharp and powerful. They’re just what I’ve been looking for but everything I’ve gotten has been too heavy. These will be so convenient at plays, too.

I really like these little binoculars because they’re small I am visually impaired and I use them to read the print on my TV when I’m looking for movies it’s amazing 😀

I had a hard time believing that quality binoculars could be priced so low – but the reviews were good – so I decided to give them a try. I received them yesterday and was thoroughly impressed. The optics are good and they seem well built. They are not top tier binoculars, but for the price I they are an incredibly value.
