RESETTING YOUR EARBUDS – Delete “The Impact Earbuds” from the bluetooth settings on your device, and place the earbuds back in its case. While earbuds are in the capsule, hold the center Reset button for 5 seconds or until the capsule LED flashes yellow 3 times. Close the capsule to complete the reset function.
EARBUDS WILL NOT CHARGE – Ensure the charging case is charged, indicated by LED on the front: should be an amber or green color. Confirm there is nothing blocking the earbuds from the connection to the case. Insert earbuds into the case, and confirm a blinking amber LED on the front of the case, which indicates that the earbuds are charging.

Love these things
I love raycon ear buds this is the 3rd pair I’ve bought and it won’t be the last. If you’ve owned any raycon ear buds I’ll warn you these ones are a bit larger. First impression i honestly thought I was going to hate them because of the size. They fit just as comfortably and they don’t feel heavy at all. The battery life is ridiculous I’ve worked a12hr shift with both of them in and still didn’t get the message saying the battery was low. I’ve already put them through sweat, grease, oil, rain and freezing cold temps and they are fine and I really thought being exposed to 10 degree weather for 10 hours would have drained the batteries. They preform perfectly the sound quality is amazing there is nothing negative i can say about them.

Great headset. Sound is fantastic
This is the first headset I’ve had, and I’ve had many, but people I speak with say I sound great and they couldn’t even tell I was using a headset! I researched Bluetooth earbud headsets for a couple of months before deciding on Jabra elite 8. I wanted good connectivity, better battery life, good fit for my freakishly small ears, and impact resistance because I’m the biggest klutz on the planet. (Before Gorilla Glass, I was the place cellphones went to die!) Admittedly i very rarely listen to music with my earbuds. I use them mostly for phonecalls and listening to podcasts and audiobooks. Music sounds fantastic to me thru them. But I don’t have a discerning ear for sound perfection in terms of music. So while they might very well offer competitive sound quality in their class, I can’t claim to know they do for sure. I wouldn’t know.For me, They’re great, I can connect them to two devices, use them in one or both ears with both offering all features. Plus they’re durable, and they charge fast and have much longer battery life than my last 3 headsets. All for a comparable price. Lastly, tho a big one for me, they stay put. Even in my tiny ears!!

Not worth the price.
They are durable and well made. But my when you take them out of your ear even for a second they disconnect and you have press the button on the back of your ear buds which is very hard to press. There’s no audio or tactile feedback to tell if you even pressed it or not. The only way to tell is if you hear the headphones say “power on” the charging case only works half of the time. The noise canceling isn’t that good but it works. Overall do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY. It’s a shame because they do sound good. They are not worth the price. Ear buds half the price are far better.

I absolutely love these. So comfortable in the ear and great audio. Honestly love them better than my AirPods. They don’t have a companion app, however it’s not the end of the world. They have the same things like active noice cancellation like most on the market.
