Great for super thick hair!
(Sorry for the picture, it’s hard to take a good picture of the back of your head lol) I have a LOT of hair. I have to set aside an entire day when I go to the hair salon. Every hairdresser I’ve ever had has joked, commented or complained about how much work it is. The only claw clips that have ever worked for me are the jumbo $30 ones from Kov Essentials. I really wanted to find something affordable, because wearing clips is so much better for my hair than putting it up in a bun. And cuter! Well, I was stunned with these! Just barely, but they do hold ALL of my hair really solidly, comfortable, light, and hardy enough to last all day, doesn’t budge, and so easy to use. If you have super thick hair and struggle with finding any clip that will hold more than 1/4th of it, don’t think just buy.

Nice clip for thick hair
I have thick hair but this clip holds it in place quite well. They’re attractive, easy to use, and comfortable on my head. I like the variety of colors.

Awesome hair clips
I love these hair clips. They hold your hair and lay flat to your head…they are so comfortable. I gave some to my granddaughters and they love them too!

Pretty good clips
I ordered the small ones first, according to what others had reviewed because my hair is fine. The small ones didn’t hold my hair up at all so I got the medium instead & returned the smalls. They work fairly well. Holds my hair up all day if I put it in correctly. Sometimes hair falls loose. Pretty sturdy. They can pull some hair out if you’re not careful. Makes it easier to lay my head back. I feel like I don’t need 6 of them but it was a better deal than the 2 pack & now I will have backups if I lose one or I can give some to a friend.

Not for Thin, Fine Hair
These would not hold my hair. Constantly slipping down through my French Twist. I have long, thin, fine hair, but even with the volume created by twisting the length up onto the back of my head they still wouldn’t hold.

This clip is awesome
I do not review often, however, this item deserves one. It is hard to find hair clips that work unless you have perfectly “normal” hair. A great hair clip is hard to find. I have this same review for another of the clips this company makes.1. If you have very thick or a lot of long hair this particular clip probably won’t work unless you get a large.2. If you have to your shoulder blades finer hair it will work in medium which is what I got.3. I have barely below my shoulder/shoulder length VERY fine hair. Also, I have lost A LOT of hair – think alopecia amount loss (not as bad as some ladies) and I will use cover up on areas where scalp shows. (Joan Rivers Great Day Hair – highly recommend – great stuff) I do not have to use (or use very little) scalp “makeup” with this clip as it doesn’t separate my hair like a claw clip. Sometimes I use a small hair topper and this works with it when I put my hair up, just being careful of the topper base.4. Claw clips with thin hair have a tendency to separate hair into strips on the side of your head exposing scalp. Not this one – at least with clean hair for me so far. (I haven’t tried it when my hair is dirty yet) Hair stays all together just the way I have brushed it without fiddling to make it look okay like I always seem to have to do with a claw clip.7. If you need a sleek tight ballerina type bun this probably won’t work for you.8. The clip is sturdy, and you get 6 for what 2 at the drug store would cost.9. There is one other style clip this same company makes that I recommend – It is called the Hollow Banyon Leaf French Eyelet clip – I purchased it in a medium to put up my not a lot and very fine hair.

Great clips for long, fine hair!
I received these today and immediately tried them out. I have long (down to just past the middle of my back), straight, fine hair. Even though my hair my hair is fine, I have a lot of it. I have even more of it thanks to the pandemic. I put my hair in a twist following the directions in the video, which is well worth watching, and put one of the clips in the twist toward the top of my head. It works fantastically. My twist feels secure, and nothing feels uncomfortable on my migraine-y head. The clip itself seems well made, and it’s much sturdier than the kind I’ve bought at the drugstore. It also looks nice in my hair. The only — and very slight drawback — is that the clip doesn’t close all the way once I’ve gotten all my hair in it. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend these clips to anyone who has more than moderate length thick hair. I’m very pleased with my purchase and feel that the price to value ratio is quite good.

They hold lots of hair!
I’ve bought these twice because they’re so useful and I like them so much. I have very thick hair that I like to keep up and I can rarely find a clip that will hold it all. I don’t like claw-style clips because they aren’t as comfortable and stick out much farther. These work beautifully. It seems excessive to get 6 in a pack, but I leave them all over the place and always have one near at hand. As hair clips do, they tend to get lost, or broken after floating around my car or in the bottom of my purse for a few months… hence the need to buy a second pack. I think I’ve only had two – out of twelve – actually break from usage.

I got the medium size, unfortunately it always – every single time! – catches a few hairs in the spring area. I have tried to be careful about placing it in my hair, but nothing helps. The quality is quite good otherwise. Pity.

Las amo, están hermosas y sujetan muy bien.

Fantastic! I have both the small and large. With the large I can twist my hair up quickly & easily.
