Sinus Drainage Help to Sleep
I gave this a while to try out. My eye doctor recommended special eye drops to use with a microwavable heated eye mask. It didn’t stay warm long enough. He also recommended massaging gently around the eye. The Rempho Eyeris 1 sounded like it would be a good idea. And it is. Now that I no longer need the drops and eye mask, I still use it for allergy sinus drainage. It is also good for when I can’t get back to sleep at night. I keep the Eyeris handy lopped over a triangle tablet pillow pad on the floor next to the bed. It would make a nice gift.The sound feature is quite limited, only two choices; there should be more. The female voice confirming your choices is most pleasant. Nice job on that. Bluetooth works well. I can listen to a podcast or my own music and keep listening when the cycle is over. The buttons on this model could be better. They are difficult to find while using it, and they can be inadvertently activated by a stray touch. I did, however, get used to their placement and function. I initially made a cheat sheet (see photo) from the listing information. There are two levels of pressure massage. I use the highest. You can move the massager up or down to wherever placement works best for you. If I try to lay on my side with it, the motor noise it too loud. On my back the noise is minimal, especially if listening to the music or Bluetooth. There was a very strong odor using it for the first couple charges. I recommend a fan or air cleaner aimed at you at first to avoid inhaling the odor. It’s no longer an issue now. It came in a sturdy box, nicely packaged. If I need to take it somewhere, I have a small padded zipper lunch box or case I can put it in. This one did not come with a bag.

Didn’t Know These Existed
This was a treat to find during Prime Days; never heard of them or this process. But I have dry eye so thought this might be an option to help with that (instead of just the heat masks I already use). It’s actually a great massage for around the eye and temple; I liked the varying pressure points. This relaxes me more than I thought it would.CONS: I agree w/other reviewers about the noise of the mechanics; it’s distracting. Hopefully, I’ll get use to it as I go along. I like the music it comes with, but I wish they cycled through varying but similar tunes, as opposed to starting over w/the same song. The biggest CON for me is the slight discomfort I feel at my brow and cheekbones. I tried adjusting the strap but it remains no matter the tightness. I may have to lay flat on my back to keep that from bothering me. I like the other aspects of these goggles enough to keep them – but this issue alone made me question if the purchase was worth it. The goggles are heavy so maybe my face is too small for them (????), although I feel I have an ‘average sized’ facial structure and am not petite.

Very effective and relaxing eye massager
I like that there are different pressure and heat modes. This massager works so much better for me than just using a warm compress. My right eyelid is prone to getting styes and this massager is helping alleviate that issue immensely.

Not as Amazing as I Thought It Would Be
I suffer from strained eyes and I was really excited about this eye massager. But, it was eh.- Music: A lot of people talked about how the music wasn’t soothing. I found it the opposite. I really like the music that was programmed with the massager and found the volume the perfect level.- Auto Shut Off: I really liked the massager turned off after 10-minutes and it wasn’t jarring if you were totally relaxed or fell asleep.- Pressure: As several people noted, the pressure was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like someone was digging their knuckles into my eyeballs. I ended up moving the strap adjustment so it was extremely loose. That seemed to help, but I would not be able to sit up and use it then.- Vibration: This is the most annoying setting. Yes, I hated this setting and found it very UNrelaxing.- Heat: The heat felt great until it didn’t. This got so hot that after a couple of minutes it was too much. Please add heat levels like low, medium, high. I had to constantly turn the setting on/off, which meant trying to find the right button and cycle through all the settings (see settings/buttons next).- Settings/Buttons: This should be redesigned and maybe it has been with the new model. I am not sure having a remote would help.o Buttons are too close together (and all on the same side of the massager) and it is hard to tell where they are because they are basically flat). When you find one, it is touch sensitive and you don’t know if it is the setting you are looking for… because the unit is on your eyes. So, you accidentally hit the wrong button because they are so close and it is touch sensitive. Then you have to cycle through all the settings to get it back to where you want it and then still try to find what you were wanting to adjust.o It was very annoying to cycle through so many levels to get what you want. Sometimes it was too sensitive and I accidentally bypassed the setting I wanted only to have to cycle through all the levels again. If you find a setting uncomfortable (let’s say the heat is too much), it gets to a point you are uncomfortable trying to fidget with the buttons.o It would be nice to set the settings before you put it on. You can’t do that because you can’t hear the settings unless it is on. Yes, you probably won’t know what settings you like until you have it on and go through options. But, once you know what you like you basically want the same settings each time.o Recommendation: Make these actual buttons Separate them out a little more or make them more distinguishable somehow (through touch). Have it remember your settings somehow. Separate the settings out to:• Heat: Low, Medium, High, Off• Pressure: Low, Medium, High, Off• Vibration: Low, Medium, High, Off• Music: Low, Medium, High, Pair, OffDid I enjoy the massager at all? Yes, it did feel good when it wasn’t digging into my eyeballs and the heat wasn’t melting my cornea. Did I find it beneficial? No. My eyes never felt less fatigued. I actually felt my eyesight got worse (things were blurry the next day) and my eyes were watery all the time. So, maybe it does help with dry eyes. I just don’t have that issue.I realized this was another gadget that was going to sit in the closet and ended up returning it.Is this the worse product out there. No. That is why I am giving it an “eh” or “3”. But, I haven’t used other eye massagers to compare it to.
