Exceptional value, great support, solid sunglasses
I purchased the Rivbos sports sunglasses, to replace a pair of Maui Jim’s that I scratched the lenses on. My Rivbos that I Purchased have the rainbow lens. The lenses do look funky when you wear them, which is pretty cool!My use of these lenses is sports/hiking. I recommend the Rivbos 801’s with the vent slots for running.My new Rivbos fit snug and feel solid. The Rainbow lenses take a moment to get used to, not having owned the color in the past. Nothing negative, red is still red, green is still green. Hard to explain, but things look good!My kids thought they looked cool too, which I take as a good thing!As mentioned above, these are replacing a pair of Maui Jim’s I damaged. I could spend another $300 on Maui’s, or buy a pair of Rivbos (or 15). The other positive of Rivbos is the customer service. It costs $75 for Maui repairs, and you have free lifetime support on Rivbos. I can attest to the fact that I contacted Rivbos support via Facebook, and they sent me a replacement pair in the past. No questions!I certainly recommend these glasses. They give great value for the dollar. They are stylish. The frame feels solid (and snug). The lenses have varying color choices and look cool. They come with a solid case, and cleaning cloth. And finally, they do what they are supposed to do. You can see clearly without distortion, while minimizing the glare of the sun.

UPDATE SEP 2019My review below should be disregarded. Rivbos DID reply to me the same day. It went to my spam folder however. They then followed up about a week later. Ditto. When I posted the review below, I did a search of my email and saw 3 messages from them (they reached out after I posted the review as well)! I sent them pictures of the damage as they requested and they replied promptly that a new set had been shipped and I should received within 2 weeks. They were wrong- it was 2 -days! As I said below- I think the sunglasses are great. And clearly the customer service is too! I feel bad for the original negative review and have changed to 5-stars now! Next time, I’ll check my spam email first. Great sunglasses at a great price…and exceptional customer service! I’ll be a happy customer for years to come!________________________________________________________________________________________________________Was excited to get these sunglasses as they fit well and were comfortable. They were great for a year when all of a sudden the coating on the lenses started to peel. About 2 weeks ago, while I was driving home, the left side arm (temple) just fell off. I emailed customer service when I got home as the product has a lifetime warranty against this kind of damage. I was told I would get a reply within 2-days. Two weeks later- I haven’t heard a peep. I have purchased 6 pairs of sunglasses by Rivbos over the years, including for my children. If this is the way they treat their customers and if they cant stand behind their own product guarantees- I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

Didn’t fit my low nose bridge
Ugh, I was so disappointed that these glasses didn’t work for me. All the great reviews and the nice price point attracted me to them. They were so nice looking and the material was quality when I pulled them out of the case and seemed exactly what I needed for running. Unfortunately, these glasses were totally not made to fit someone with a low nose bridge. They sit way down on my nose so I’m like peering over the lenses and pushing them up my nose bridge just squishes the lenses into my eyes and face. I’ve owned other sunglass styles like these so I was surprised at the awkward fit.I read a bunch of reviews and nobody else mentioned this as an issue so I wanted to let others know. Had to return.

Good quality and great value, however I returned it since my wide nose bridge made the sunglasses sit too high.
