UPDATE SEP 2019My review below should be disregarded. Rivbos DID reply to me the same day. It went to my spam folder however. They then followed up about a week later. Ditto. When I posted the review below, I did a search of my email and saw 3 messages from them (they reached out after I posted the review as well)! I sent them pictures of the damage as they requested and they replied promptly that a new set had been shipped and I should received within 2 weeks. They were wrong- it was 2 -days! As I said below- I think the sunglasses are great. And clearly the customer service is too! I feel bad for the original negative review and have changed to 5-stars now! Next time, I’ll check my spam email first. Great sunglasses at a great price…and exceptional customer service! I’ll be a happy customer for years to come!________________________________________________________________________________________________________Was excited to get these sunglasses as they fit well and were comfortable. They were great for a year when all of a sudden the coating on the lenses started to peel. About 2 weeks ago, while I was driving home, the left side arm (temple) just fell off. I emailed customer service when I got home as the product has a lifetime warranty against this kind of damage. I was told I would get a reply within 2-days. Two weeks later- I haven’t heard a peep. I have purchased 6 pairs of sunglasses by Rivbos over the years, including for my children. If this is the way they treat their customers and if they cant stand behind their own product guarantees- I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

Noice
This is a noice deal for the price. The case is great, cleaning cloth, too. Comfortable sunglasses are sleek and lightweight.

Seemed Awesome but didn’t last
The product came promptly and the presentation was definitely really good. It came wrapped in plastic to protect against scratches and had a nice case as well. I really liked the look and feel of it.I wore it for about a week and then took it to Disneyland for 3 days with my family. It sometimes felt a little uncomfortable on my ears, but I thought I would get used to that after a while. While at Disneyland one of the lenses popped out. I was able to get it back in so not a biggy. Then on Splash mountain I took them off and hung them from my shirt in the front. I accidentally hit them during the ride during a bumpy section and heard a break. I had a poncho, so I couldn’t really tell what happened, but it was still hanging on my shirt and felt fine. After the ride I took my sunglasses off to put them on and noticed that they were broken. One of the sides had come off. Unfortunately, I had left the broken piece on the ride so no repair was possible. I’m just out a pair of sunglasses.I still gave this product a 3 because I liked them. I guess I just didn’t like the term “unbreakable frame” on the product when it broke after its first major use.

Polarized sunglasses
I really like these glasses. They have a nice shape for my face. And they’re not uncomfortable with a ball cap on which I have to wear when I’m working. some glasses get pushed down on your nose because of the brim of the cap And that is very annoying. Also, I like the sale of them on my nose. They’re very lightweight and also the arms or whatever you call them that go behind your ear are Very comfortable. As I’m sure everyone is experiencing some of the glasses that they make start digging into your head after an hour or so and it’s torture. These are great plus they came with a very nice case.

Good quality and great value, however I returned it since my wide nose bridge made the sunglasses sit too high.
