Perfect, Solid Stand for my Needs at a Great Price!
I had my Behringer Blue Marvin ARP 2600 mounted in a 19″ Rack and it really wasn’t convenient to use. It was too low and I pretty much had to sit on the floor to program and patch it. I searched quite a bit for a small, portable stand that I could use and found this Rockville “Mixer” Stand” Well it was the perfect solution. Having both adjustable height and width made it so easy to adjust for my needs. Although the angle is NOT adjustable, it sits both my Synth and Keyboard at the just the correct angel, so no issues for me. Did I say Keyboard, yes, it is large enough to not only hold my ARP 2600 but also my Behringer Swing 32 Keyboard (or my Keystep 32) in a perfect playing position. The overall footprint does not take up too much space in my Music Workstation area and it’s so portable that I can move it around into position for my playing needs. As for those who reviewed it and claimed it was not stable, or wobbled I can tell you that is not true. The unit has 2 Crossbars that you use to adjust the width. They have 4 “Wing” Style Knobs, 2 at each end and 2 on the crossbars themselves. The crossbars need to be extended to the desired width “EQUALLY” then the “Wing” Knobs have to be tightened very tight while holding the crossbars in place. Same for the End Wing Knobs, hold them in place and tighten them very tight. If you set it up correctly there is virtually no movement and and no wobble what so ever. Yes, if you push on it hard from one side to the other there will be some motion ( I don’t know of any stand that won’t move from pushing on it) but NOTHING like what people have described or shown in their poor videos. This stand is a great multi purpose stand. I could see it being used for Drum Machines, especially the Behringer RD8 MK II or Arturia Drum Brute, a HydraSynth Desktop and more. Even for smaller width items, a simple solution is to place a thin board of the correct dimensions on top of the stand for you gear to fit on!

Pretty sturdy. Easy assembly. Fits Tascam Model 12 perfectly.
Seems sturdy enough for my usage in the home studio. Fits my model 12 at its narrowest adjustment. Adjustability is simple and easy and expands to accommodate wider equipment.Pretty basic.I’m satisfied.

Almost Perfect
The mixer stand is exactly what I needed to hold a DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel. It goes together in a snap, is easy to adjust, and everything fit together perfectly. I had it together in maybe five minutes including taking it out of the box. Two minor nits to pick. One is that the right hand vertical support that keeps the panel from sliding off the front of the stand isn’t quite square to the unit. It was welded at a slight angle, maybe 10 degrees or so from square. It doesn’t really have a functional impact, it’s mostly cosmetic. The more significant issue is that the padding on the vertical posts doesn’t go all the way to the bottom of the post. It stops maybe 1/2″ before the bottom. The front of the DaVinci panel is tapered and only contacts the vertical post at the bottom of the post where there is no padding. I picked up some thick felt padding at Home Depot to fit into the gap and I ended up spending nearly $75 additional! Well, $4 for the padding and I decided I needed another 100′ garden hose and two more nozzles, but I had I not made the trip . . . well, you know. In any case, great stand, very unobtrusive, and a great addition to my post production set up. And if your unit has a square front then the padding won’t be an issue.

Great mixer stand
I’ve owned this stand since 2017 and it remains a very sturdy workhorse with no quality or defect issues at all. I use it in a weekend-warrior band situation where the stand is assembled and broken down at each show a number of times a month. I originally bought it to hold a bass preamp/in-ear monitor processing 19″ rack at the opposite angle than for a mixed to keep the rack at a good viewing angle while performing (there aren’t any sturdy dedicated 19″ rack stands for stage), but I also use it for an A&H SQ5 in a SKB case in another band. The work angle is great and I have never had the mixer case slide on the stand even slightly during use. The stand has a little bit of weight to it (it’s steel not aluminum like the K&M stand) , so it is sturdy and doesn’t wobble but it’s also light enough for even a singer to transport! (lol)Assembling the cross bars can be tricky until you learn the bolt flanges are meant to be on the OUTSIDE EDGE of the vertical legs. In other words, a dedicated left-right orientation. Not sure why the legs were not marked “L” and “R” by Rockville, but if you mark them yourself the stand goes up in literally seconds. A trick to always get the stand flat, level and secure is to attach the top cross bar first to hold the legs while assembling, then attach the bottom crossbar with the wing nuts slightly loose. Then slightly loosen the top cross bar nuts, push the cross bars down all the way into the leg supports, wiggle the stand to make sure the legs are level and even, then tighten the 4 nuts. Works every time! This stand has been a great problem-solver for over 3 years and worth every penny!

Not that impressed
It’s wobbly, side-to-side, when set up. I’m not impressed. I expected something solid. Now I have to worry about bumping this and dumping my mixer off the side. I’m debating on sending it back.

Perfect, must have received a fluke.
I gotta say, with a lot of welding flaws and misalignment problems in previous posts, I have none. The unit went together well, simple and easy. It’s holding a Tascam 2488 digital recorder. Approximately 10-15 lbs. Fits perfectly. I have it up kinda high and it is a tad wobbly, at sitting level very sturdy. Very satisfied so far.

Just what the band needed.
Love it, folds down for transport holds the mixer and adjusts for different heights.
Christopher A. Dion –
I received it and it fits perfectly. It is very stable, solid, and everything in the design makes a lot of sense. Exceed expectations.

Esperaba algo mejor

Does the trick. Stable enough to carry a heavy mixer!

Que mal que no cuide la calidad esta marca, los tubos de arriba donde debe ir el equipo, soldados mal, doblados, venian con óxido las partes que se restraen, de veras muy mal, estoy pensando en devolverlo !!!
