Within three days of hanging this swing our cockatoo chewed half of the plastic on one end, causing the chain to come off. It’s now useless.

Arrived with one side bad broken and threads exposed. As no fragments were in the packaging it was packed like this. The texture is extremely rough and its not particularly well put together, although the individual components seem OK. Perhaps because of the supplier I presumed this was like the safety pumice perches but its heavy and rough all over. This is the extra small size because if its texture I’m not inclined to use it for ver long or very often and because of its weight it wont swing much under the impact of a small bird.
