Pleasantly surprised
When I originally placed the order for the phone, I figured I was going to get what I was paying for. (A very used phone with all kinds of scratches and marks on it, possibly even a screen burn) When it arrived, I opened then phone up to see that this phone was in excellent condition! No scratches, no visible marks at all. Screen is perfectly fine. Then phone itself functions very well. I am very very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

It’s okay
I dropped my old A71 in the water and couldn’t get the swiper to work. Therefore, I purchased this one from Amazon and it’s okay. It’s not like my old phone but it works and I don’t have to learn how to work a new style. The new A71 has its moments when it just drops service and I just wait patiently for it to wake up. UUUGGGHHH

Item exactly as described
Fast shipping, arrived on time. Phone was in good condition. I bought refurbished so I expected minimal wear and that’s what I got–little scrapes on the corners/sides of the exterior which are covered by my case anyway. Screen is MINT, not even a ding. Phone works great, no issues, battery lasts a normal amount of time (1 day if I’m playing lots of games, 2 if I’m not). I couldn’t be happier, especially with the price!

Phone is Locked!!
Beware. After buying the first replacement phone a week ago I find out that it was destroyed in shipping, My money was refunded and I purchased a second replacement phone. After receiving it and trying to get it set-up on T-Mobile, I find that the phone is actually locked. The only choice it to return it for a full refund,,,,,again. This was a third part supplier. Amazon should do a better job vetting their suppliers of these products. Though returning for a full refund is expected, the delay and the lack of correction, means other folks are gong to go through the same hassle.

The phone was unlocked as advertised. No dings or scratches. Came with screen protector already on screen. Charges fine. Headset jack works. Camera works. Happy with it so far.
