Good phone with a stylus
I require a stylus on my phone, so my options are limited. I bought this Samsung Note 20 as a replacement for an aging Note 9. There were getting to be some software compatibility issues with the Note 9 and it was time to upgrade. Everything works fine with the Note 20. We use Verizon, so I simply swapped in the sim card, registered the phone with Verizon, transferred my data [use a cable], and we were off to the races with no problems.I’ll probably need to upgrade in 3 or 4 years since I don’t feel the need to have the ‘latest’ and we’ll see what’s available then. So far I’m satisfied, I would buy this again if necessary, and would recommend to a friend.

Couldn’t be happier.
It looks like this phone was actually new – not a flaw or scratch. It was Verizon locked ( my carrier) so about 10 minutes in the Verizon strore and I was all hooked up. Came home and put the contents of my life on it in one day without a byte of info lost. (Save your contacts and texts and phone log before you dismantle your old phone.) Used a TPU film screen protector ( Amazon $9); tempered glass has that annoying looking ring for the fingerprint reader, which doesnât even work. Charges really fast, but no high marks for battery life. Bought a USB-C adapter on Amazon that will allow me to charge and have an aux out port at the same time, so the fact that it does not have an aux out port is no longer a big deal. Glad for the SD card option. Couldn’t be happier.

I don’t write a lot of reviews…
But this phone is IMMACULATE … if I didn’t know it was a refurbished I would never have known. Everything works with Verizon just like it supposed to and for $425 I can’t imagine there is a greater value out there.I needed dual SIMS for two lines and options are quite limited, didn’t want another Samsung (had big problems with them displaying a dual SIM A53 at Best Buy, but the one one you buy is NOT the one on display) and wanted mmWave capable. But didn’t want a Google phone either… and I didn’t want to spend north of $1,000.This phone does EVERYTHING I could want – two lines one phone PLUS up to a terabite SD card (a lot of phones are 2nd SIM OR SD memory card – but not both). 5G mmWave (Verizon “Ultra Wide Band)… PLUS, I do LOVE having the Note pen, the cameras are off the hook (up to 8K VIDEO!), screen resolution is AWESOME.Couldn’t be happier with what I got at any price, and like I said condition being refurbished is far better than anything I could have hoped – it is indistinguishable from brand new. Al for $425!!!

Not a Verizon Phone
While the phone I received does work on the Verizon network, it is not a Verizon phone and therefore lacks a few of the features that I prefer to have. Specifically, this phone lacks the ability to make use of the Verizon Visual Voicemail app. No longer can I open the app and just push play to listen to the message I want to hear repeated. Now I have to call into my voicemail, provide a pin and then skip through any other saved messages to find the specific one I want. It is a minor inconvenience, but a really annoying one.Aside from the misleading advertising, the phone works great given the previously mentioned annoyance. I guess, as they say, You Get What You Pay For. Would have been 5 stars if it was exactly what I thought I was getting.*edit*Phone will only make calls when mobile data is available and VoLTE is turned on, or when connected to Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi calling is turned on. No internet or mobile data connection, no phone calls.Advertised Phone: SM-N986UZKAVZWPhone Received: SM-N986U1

Phone with issues
Received my Note 20 Ultra from the seller. For the most part, the phone was in good condition.Unfortunately, the camera focusing is broken on it.The seller somehow thinks that it is a $25 repair (Camera focus board = $80 for the part alone).Though a full refund was offered, I unfortunately already transferred my work items to the phone and disposed of my previous phone, so was unable to get a refund.Sellers responses were quick to be within 24 hours. Just would recommend testing all aspects of your phone before disposing your old one.

Excellent condition
I have been a Samsung Note user for many years and got this Note 20 ultra as a replacement for my 5G Note 10 plus. This refurbished phone was in excellent condition and is very similar in size to the Note 10 plus (but the cameras at the back protrude out a bit). It was relatively easy to configure and transfer data from my old phone (took ~30 min), but the new phone required several rounds of automatic updates from Samsung (which was a bit irritating). Overall, a great phone and I would buy it again.

Came quickly and as described – just a bit dirty…
I am 100% satisfied with this purchase. The phone came quickly, in perfect t working order and even fully charged with a fast charger and Sim tool.I can deduct with fairly high certainty that the previous own of this phone was a woman. How do I know? Because it took me about an hour using a pike of disposable screen wipes and an a can of air duster to get all of her gunked up make up out of the bezel creases and s-pen hole.

It’s gorgeous! I would almost think it’s new if not for the packaging.
The fingerprint is a bit tough to nail, as opposed to my note 9. It’s mostly because the scanner is on the glass, and it can be influenced by the screen protector. The facial recognition is way better than my previous note.Battery is great, but not as jaw dropping as the other improvements, say, the camera for example. That could be due to it being renewed. Still, it’s a big improvement over my old phone, which was beginning to suffer from old age.All in all, I’m really happy and excited. And the price for renewed, compared to what you actually get, is just amazing!
