Stays put!
I love these Scunci no-slip grip barrettes! I’m in my 60’s and my hair has gotten thinner and more baby fine with age. I grew it longer during the pandemic and have been looking for more ways to wear it but barrettes kept sliding out. I can pull the sides to the back and put one of these no-slip barrettes in and it stays all day! The addition of the plastic layer over the metal parts works great! The pinch release clasp is a bit tough for fingers with a touch of arthritis. But the order came with 6 barrettes so I picked out the easiest two and gave the rest to my hair stylist to give away and use on her other clients. So happy with this product I ordered some smaller Scunci no-slip barrettes to use on the sides of my hair and they work great as well!

Timeless
A favorite of mine for the last 10 years. Always nice to have these on hand. They have the non-slip grips so they stay all day. I use them to put my hair half-up. Though they tend to break when I’m pregnant and my hair is absurdly thick. Otherwise, they last me a while!

Worked well with my thin hair.
I like that this didn’t tear my hair out like scrunchies, etc., when I used it as a ponytail holder. It was uncomfortable a few times at night sleeping on it though. I have very thin hair so it might not not work as a ponytail holder for someone with thicker hair. It looked good.

Great hair clips for thin hair
With the three click system to fasten the hair clips, they really stay put in a variety of hair thicknesses. Considering that I wear these clips every day, it is not surprising that after a year and a half of wear, the plastic part eventually broke in half for each of them. But they still outperform many other clips I have tried, and keep hair from getting tangled in the metal parts with their rubber/ plastic covering. I would recommend them, just realizing that they won’t last forever.

Plastic breaks apart
Bought 3 packs of 2 each. Every one of them the plastic part snapped in two. Not worth five cents. Surprised because this is usually a quality product but not this time. Very disappointing

I absolutely love these clips. But buyer beware! The description says 3 PACKS of 2…. Meaning 6 clips right….yes. the first time I ordered these I only received 1 pack of 2. I contacted Amazon. Was given a refund. But because the clips are so great I decided to order again, thinking well maybe it was just a packing error. Received my second order today and AGAIN only 1 pack of 2. Very disappointed. But the clips are great seriously. Just sad that I didn’t get all of them twice.

Perfect Size for Thick Hair
These are exactly what I was looking for. I have been wearing this type and brand for several years. I have thick individual hair strands and thick hair overall, and these hold my hair back all day.Note that in the product description it states 7x6x1 inches as the dimensions. The REAL dimensions are 3 1/4 long x 1/2 wide for each barrette.

Very Durable
Love these barrettes, they hold my medium length hair (somewhat coarse) hair in place all day! NONE of them have broken in the many months that I’ve had them, whereas other brands have broken beyond repair. I usually wear one every day as my hair needs to be restrained as I work around automated equipment. I have dark (greying) hair so the brown and black keep my hair style tidy pretty classy. What about other colors?? I would love some more color choices from this brand…pretty please??? 🙂 Great value!!!!

Received 3 packs, each containing 2 barrettes. Each pack had one tortoiseshell and one black barette. These are great for holding thin hair in a pony tail as you can click it closed up to 3 times to make a tighter hold. The parts that grasp the hair are also covered in a silicone material for better grip. Each barrette measures 3-1/4 inches long.
