Near perfect design, 3 days of use so far. My experience.
First of all the opening and setup experience is very nice. Takes a few minutes to get everything working. The coolest thing about this model, was shown to me when I opened the app – they do software updates on the box itself!! Can you believe it? Amazing. Anyway, it functions great, and the app is simple – you can tell they’re still working on it, but not too difficult to figure out. The form factor is very well thought out, like the step collects litter and you just lift up the front side and it dumps all that into the waste bin. The step has a little compartment to store extra bags too.Cons – or room for improvement.I really wish they’d let you set the clumping time beyond 30 minutes. Seems like that’s the max you can set any automatic box at. But I’d love it if you could put it at an hour or two to let the clump harden more.The rake design needs improvement. It’s like there’s too much space between the metal combs. So if the clumping is still moist, it breaks it apart and sometimes sticks to the rake. It’s not a deal breaker and still works pretty darn good, but just be prepared to experiment with your kitty litter type. I’m using tidy cats free and clear clumping. Seems a bit too light or sticky for it. Still functions perfectly, but clumps break apart. Think I’ll try like some tofu litter or something after this first experiment. That said, the rake is metal and so you don’t have to worry about it breaking.My cat actually liked this box right away. didn’t have to do any coaxing. It’s roomy and no door, so he went right in. I’ll update this in a month or two.

Great choice for our home
Got it even though there aren’t many reviews because it seemed good. Was not disappointed, it came almost fully assembled and instructions helped with the rest. It contains the smell of litter really well. It feels good quality, but beware it’s pretty heavy. It stops its raking function whenever movement is detected, even if I wave my hand at the opening, so I’m happy with the safety so far. My cats are very curious though so sometimes they watch it cleaning and it stops because it senses the motion, and then restarts. I hope they get bored soon so it doesn’t do one cleaning 3 times anymore.I like the rake system for extra safety, but wish the app allowed me to set when to clean (it now cleans after each time a cat has spent some time in it I think) and sometimes it’s middle of the night, and I can hear the motor running. It’s not too loud, we just have it in the adjacent room. Using their recommended litter for now and it’s also been good.App is still getting updated so I’m hoping they add some features where you could set number of cleanings or times to clean.Otherwise, so far a happy customer!

i have tried many different automatic boxes. all of them worked to different degrees. This is the only one I have found that has auto refilling as well as separate bottom waste basket cleaned by rake systems. This brand refill bags are much thicker that helps with smells until removed. I was a bit skeptical about paying a much higher price and am glad to say it was worth it. Have2 cats using this box and after 3 weeks only changed the waste drawer bag once. i have had no trouble with it and it even works with my scoopfree phresh crysral litter. Just ordered a second one for somebof my other kitties.

I brought this automatic cat litter last week, I just installed it and use it for few days, it so convenient compared to my old manual litter. No smell at all when it does clean up. It very ease cleaning the litter as well, ease to remove the waste of cat, it will automatically push the rubbish down to the bin bag under the litter. The quality of litter is good, it can be control from the mobile, and it has sensors when the cat is go in and out. And the phone can record the time as well. The price is a bit higher but it is worth its value. Overall I highly recommend it.
