Makes my life so much easier!
I’ve been using the NEO-C Self-Cleaning Litter Box for a week now, and it has genuinely made my mornings so much easier! No more wasting time scooping litter before heading out—the automatic cleaning feature takes care of that for me. When it’s time to empty the box, the used litter is already collected in a trash bag, saving me from the hassle of dumping loose litter directly into the trash can.**Pros:**- **Ease of Assembly:** Setup was straightforward, with clear instructions. I had it up and running in no time.- **Convenient Design:** The top-loading hole for adding fresh litter is perfectly placed, making refills effortless.- **Smell Control:** While there is some odor right after the cat does its business (and a bit after it empties into the trash), the unit does a decent job of keeping the smell contained overall.**Cons:**- **Cleaning Residue:** Occasionally, there are some clumps and litter residue left behind, even after using the empty function. Would have loved to have loved this litter box
The equipment seems sturdy enough to prevent accidental breaks.Easy to assemble.User guide is in rather a small font; a bit difficult to read, even with my glasses.Now the: but…. Does not fully clean the ‘clods’ adhered to the inside tray. We use a nationally-well-known litter brand that I assume is at least part clay. No problem for manual litter box cleaning. This unit will stop the removal process when it reaches the stuck-on clods. That’s probably the safety feature which assumes a cat has entered the box.Have ordered a pellet-type of litter to see if it works without creating sticky clods.Two of my three cats use this unit. The third one does not. Am guessing he doesn’t like to be fully enclosed, or perhaps the moderate noise the until makes when cleaning.There are more similar units available through Amazon. Considering buying (and perhaps replacing) an ‘open air’ one.Cost appears to be in line with the competitors prices.

Great self cleaning litter box
Easy to assemble and set up. Mechanisms work smoothly and with barely any sound. Within first 24 hours of setting up my boldest cat used the new facilities. The others will be following suit quickly. Great price. I recommend this system to all.

Horrible item – Constant problems
I really wanted to like this product. From the beginning, I was told the drum wasn’t aligned. Finally got that fixed. App was fairly easy to set up and does have a manual component to not have to clean ar night. The noise level is obnoxious! It sounds like a really loud rain stick. There is a gap in the front and one of my cats is a pro at getting pee in that crevice. It does got into the box and down into the bin, but completely misses the bag. Adds to the clean up time. Then after a couple days it started getting stuck upside down. See the picture. It has to be reset multiple times a day and it can NOT be used in this position. It is more of a hinderance than a help. It was been returned. I ended up spending the extra money and got a Litter Robot 4. It has been excellent with NONE of the above issues and it is quiet! Don’t waste your time or money on this machine.

Great product
I love this litterbox. Now that we’re retired we want to do some traveling but worried about how we would be able to do it if we got a cat. This solved the problem and it works beautifully. It has some great features that I hadn’t even considered when first looking for an automatic litter box. I love that I can set the delay time to allow for clumping. I set it to 30 minutes and there is very little litter waste. It’s super quiet. I love that it weighs my cat. This was an added bonus feature and quite accurate compared to the vet’s scale. Overall I’m quite pleased.However, there is one problem I’ve encountered – there is no customer support contact information provided in the manual. The cloth mat at the bottom the box got ripped by my cat’s nails and I’d like to know if it can be replaced but I have no one to contact.
