Game changer
I love RGB lights and my last mic had lights which was cool but the sound quality wasn’t the best. So I decided to try to find a new microphone for my stream setup that and focus on the sound specs instead of visual aesthetic and this mic did not disappoint! I realize RGB lights aren’t everything, when testing this mic I was able to use the software to control the volume, the mute button is convenient, I love the ease of setup it’s literally plug and play good for all levels of gamer, you can plug headphones directly into it, not to mention with all the features and the desktop app you really get the value for your money without having to sacrifice features. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quality mic for streaming, gaming, podcast, content creation, etc.

Great entry level mic!
I decided to ditch my wireless headset with boom mic in favor of dedicated headphones and microphone. The MV6 seemed like a no-brainer. I’m new to audio, so the easy setup was great. My main use is talking with my squad mates during games, so convenience was much more important than “pro-level” audio quality. That being said, this mic sounds great, if my clipped gameplay is any indication! Setup was a snap. I didn’t have to play with any dials to get it working well.I would say the noise rejection feature is ok, but could be better. Fortunately, Discord has Krisp tech built in, and that works really well for noise suppression.I have the mic on a boom arm, and I worry about the USB plug deteriorating over time due to the movement. This is more a criticism of USB C plugs in general, and not really a design flaw. That being said, the cable that comes with the unit is COMICALLY short, so be aware when you buy it that you might need a longer USB cable!This thing is built like a tank! The casing is metal and deceptively heavy. Feels high quality.

I’ve had the Shure MV7 and disliked how I always had to mess with the settings to make it sound good, but with this model I don’t have to adjust anything and its sounds great. More affordable than other Shure mics but still holds up to the Shure quality!

Sturdy and gets the job done
I like how sturdy this is on my work station. It’s no frills, but offers clean and crisp audio. I do wish that they offered some RGB lighting. But if you’re looking for a simple mic that works, this is the one.

I knew I could trust the Shure brand to come out with an entry to dynamic microphone for gamers and streamers!The setup process was the easiest thing to do. Download the MOTIV mix for desktop, plug in the microphone, set the microphone to your default mic on everything. It’s that simple. Adjusting the microphone settings on the MOTIV mix was extremely beginner-friendly and easily customizable to whatever you need to have changed. I would recommend getting in a Discord call so a friend can give you feedback on how you sound.The overall sound of the mic is amazing, my gamer friends were impressed with the quality. It was so good that 2 of them ended up purchasing their own.UPGRADING:If you want the option to upgrade the microphone in the future, I would NOT recommend this for you because it’s only USB-C and does not have a XLR output. If you want the option to upgrade the mic, I would recommend the Shure MV7+ because is has both USB-C & XLR Outputs so you can upgrade to using a goXLR type mixer.

Awesome usb microphone
This microphone is really cool. Very versatile and sounds great. I was able to plug the USBc cable right into my iPhone and do voice overs in cap cut. The headphone monitor was great for hearing my own voice and the gameplay. Similar to the sm7b but half the price and doesn’t need a cloud lifter or interface. Highly recommended.

I’m doing more vocal recording and my existing built in microphone was inadequate.This provides all the functionality I needed and matched with the bundled Motiv Mix software allows all the adjustment I needed.The desktop stand is solid and well made but as a tall man was a bit low for my liking so I ended up buying the matching boom mic stand.I think the bundled 1 meter cable is too short and if you buy a boom mic stand you’ll need a 3 meter cable. That feels like something that should have been included.It was simple to set up and although there are cheaper microphones available this is solid metal construction and satisfies my needs and had great reviews

Versand Lieferung wie immer Top. Ich benutze das Gerät am PC. Habe die Software runtergeladen eingerichtet gespeichert fertig. Ich habe meinen Freunden nichts gesagt das ich ein neues Micro habe. Sofort wurde gefragt was da los ist wie unfassbar die Qualität ist. Was haben die Leute mit negativen Bewertungen gemacht? Man muss halt auch die Software benutzen und das Micro einstellen. Für diesen Preis ein Gerät was sehr gut verarbeitet ist. Mit einem Wertingen Arm ist das Setup perfekt. Man kann über die Software das ganze so einstellen das man sich perfekt selbst hört und spätestens dort merkt man wie vernünftig Shure gearbeitet hat für diesen Preis. Nehmt euch Zeit beim einstellen kauft euch einen guten Arm und ihr werde begeistert sein.

The mic itself is very nice I liked everything from the build quality to the sound quality but if you want to buy it for your ps5 it won’t work because it is a class 2 mic and the ps5 dosent support it.
