Perfect wired earphones
I do not like Bluetooth earphones and still prefer the wired ones. These are my absolute favorite. The ear buds fit perfectly (and give you extra ones) and they feel very comfortable in my ears. It’s very easy to use and the wire is not too long that it’s everywhere and not too short that you feel like you’re chained to whatever it is connected to. The black color is simple and discreet. I love the volume feature on the wire to quickly change it without going to the device. There is no need for charging for this!This is an awesome little wired earphone and it’s not expensive (when you get it on sale 😀). I’d definitely recommend this.

Great item especially for the price. Great sound, comfortable, and the phone mic is sensitive enough to pick up your voice but dynamic enough to not pick up ambient noise

Great sound
One of my Bose earbuds lost its cover and I needed replacement earbuds quick. I ordered the Sony earbuds with next day delivery. The sound is almost as good as my Bose earbuds for a fraction of cost of the Bose earbuds.

Love these earbuds. My first pair lasted me about six years of constant use and I must have ran them through the washer and dryer a dozen times and they kept working fine. I used them so much that I used super glue to hold them together with no effect on the sound quality. Finally decided to get new ones after the L ear pice started to get staticky with high volume. The rubber earpieces are comfortable enough I can sleep with them in. The mic is great, only complaint is that it picks up on background noise a little too well, especially when on a call. I was folding laundry and the person on the other end could hear the fabric rustling. Overall, fantastic headphones and well worth the money!

surprisingly mediocre
Coming from sony (and considering its price for wired earbuds), I had high expectations.The quality of the earbuds is fine. The wires are all designed in a way that they take very low stress and are less prone to breaking from repeated bending and/or fraying. The actual buds are ergonomically angled so they fit into your ears with minimal fuss.The sound quality itself was the biggest disappointment. I’ve had betron earbuds that were a fraction of the price and had spectacular sound quality with rich bass and brilliant treble, but the sound I got out of these was comparable to $5 skullcandies i bought 5 years ago. The sound is thin, tinny, and nowhere near the “gorgeous” sound sony claims. the bass frequencies are non existent and the treble and mid ranges sound like they’re playing from a speaker underneath a mattress. vocal songs sound like they’re playing into an empty bean can. i’ve messed with the equalizer panels on both my phone and computer, but nothing changes the weak, airy sound quality I get. it just feels like I bought a $30 piece of trash.call me petty, call me a karen… but if you’re paying 30 bucks for a product from a big audio brand you’d at least expect some good sound, even for wired earbuds. If I wanted this tinny, hollow sound I would’ve spent 5 bucks on skullcandies or jvc.as earbuds? yeah, they work. but for the price? no darn way.

Surprisingly Good Sound Quality
Really great sound quality for a budget model with clever earbud shaping so you always know which is left ear or right ear without having to look for a color or text. Was hoping these would somehow magically work for making phone calls with my knockoff Apple Lightning to 3.5mm audio adapter. LOL Oh well. They still work well for listening to audio playback on the iPhone but not for making phone calls, Twitter Spaces, etc. Perhaps if I get a genuine Apple Lightning to 3.5mm adapter they may work for making phone calls on the iPhone. The audio quality is very clear and detailed and do not produce too much bass. They are perfect for recording and mixing music in a DAW and can handle a lot of signal from my audio interface without distortion. They are very comfortable and come with several sized earbud tips for a perfect fit. I don’t write many reviews but these little guys deserved a good one.

Not only is the volume output significantly lower compared to other Sony earphones in a similar price range, it emits a very high frequency that is damaging to the ears. I exchanged my first order for the exact same product, and found the replacement piece to have the exact same issues. So I know that it wasn’t just a one-off defective piece, the product itself is bad. Please DO NOT BUY if you wish to PROTECT YOUR EARS
