I love these headphones. They sound great and are easy to use!! Recieved a pair that worked well for a while then was having a pairing issue for some reason so I emailed there customer service and was very pleased that Jesse responded quickly saying that they would do anything they could to make it right. I was told they would replace my product for free and follow up with me to make sure I was happy with my replacement.Sure enough in a few days I recieved a replacement!This is a company who stands by your product!! I highly recomend them. Replacement was very seamless fast and easy. Will definitely be buying from SoundPEATS in the future.

Battery performance is subpar.
Changed to 4 stars.I received a replacement today as a courtesy from the vendor. I plan to use it and will report back if I encounter any issues with the battery. I appreciate the vendor’s good faith in standing behind their product, which is something you don’t often see these days.======Audio is good. I bought it in April 2024 now it’s December 2024 the battery wont last for a day.

I have enjoyed my SOUNDPEATS Q30HD+’s. I began to have issues with sound in one of the buds and the battery was dying when they weren’t being used and did not charge properly.I contacted customer service and WOW!!!! They were on it. They quickly responded and was interested in what the issues were and provided me with some steps to resolve the issues. After trying without success, they quickly sent me a new set and now I am back to my tunes.Thanks again SOUNDPEATS and thanks for reading.

Terrible Sound
These buds lack any bass at all. None whatsoever. The sound is very tinny and screetchy. And, a VERY BRIGHT BLUE LED LIGHT is on constantly during use, near your face, so you can’t use it while your partner in bed is trying to sleep. I would also be embarrassed to use this in public because of the light. Don’t waste your time.

On my second pair
I love these for high impact activities. I bought my first pair almost 2 years ago. Unfortunately, my first pair stopped turning on, but I contacted the company directly who gave me some troubleshooting help. When nothing worked to fix the issue, they sent me a discount code to use on my next pair. The earbuds themselves stay put on the longest of runs and are comfortable in my ears which are a bit smaller than most. The battery life is great; I would estimate 10 hours per charge. They don’t allow sweat between the earbud and my inner ear; some of my fellow runners will understand.

Great for 6 weeks before they broke!
UPDATE – seller sent me a new pair after seeing my review. It is believed to be a one off and the seller has sent me a new pair. Fantastic customer service! And new pair is working great!Loved these headphones for about 6 weeks before they decided to no longer turn on. They were not damaged by me in any way. They felt like good quality but the parts must not be. ☹️

Not worth the price.
Sound quality is just ok…nothing great.The cord is rather short and if you have to use only one ear in, the control is too heavy and makes you have to constantly adjust to keep from slipping off the neck.

I didn’t like the rubber extension that connects to your earlobe, making them uncomfortable to wear. They still fall out.
