Beautiful – Full color seed packet of Russell Lupine (Lupinus polyphyllus). This variety produces beautiful blue, pink, red, or white blossoms. Enjoy outdoors in the garden and indoors as cut flowers. Minimum of 1 mg per packet (about 125 seeds). Russell Lupine will give your garden a beautiful pop of color beginning in late May or early June.
Productive – Lupine germinates in 14-24 days when soil temps are 68°F. Plant 1/4” deep and space 18-24” apart in an area with full sunlight. This variety will grow 12-36” tall with a spread of 1-2’. Flowers will mature in 90-100 days, plant in USDA zones 3-8. Plant wildflower style or in carefully arranged beds, whatever suits your fancy.
Pollinator Friendly – Butterflies and bees love Russell Lupine and will likely pay you many visits. Great way to support your local pollinators. Plant wild flower style or in carefully arranged beds, whatever suits your fancy.
Easy to Grow – Instructions included on each packet. Plus, we are available to answer all your questions. If these seeds don’t germinate, we will happily make it right for you
Safe and Sustainable – Our operation is fully solar powered, and Sow Right Seeds has taken the Safe Seed Pledge to sell only fresh Non-GMO heirloom seeds for you and your family.

Can’t tell u about. The seeds as they will not germinate until spring
Jack B. –
They had my Lupine seeds ready to go!!
Online it is recommended you sand or clip your lupine seeds before planting to help with germinating. This step was done and saved me a lot of hours of tedious work! Thank you!!!
Alexander S Cochrane –
Growing Tall.
All seeds seem to be growing well as hoped. Happy customer.
Stacy SB –
Dint work for me
Planted these along with everything else in my garden. Everything else came up great, these just didn’t.
AWN –
Great but very desirable to rabbits to eat.
It should come with clear instructions that rabbits love to eat these and they must be protected. My months of hard work were gone in a flash from adorable rabbits. Who can stay mad at them? They’re so cute. Lupines appear hardly but aren’t. They need to be cultivated pretty big before planted and protected from wildlife.
Vincent –
Germinating successfully
We’ve got seedlings!I soaked them for a full 24 hours before planting them in seed starter soil, and they started popping up within a few days
Ukknight –
Germinated Quickly
These germinated very quickly and are already out in the garden in hopes of blooms next spring. Thank you!

They Really Grow
Seeds delivered on time; most seeds sprouted in expected time. However, at about 1″ tall it is too early to tell what kind of plants the sprouts will grow up to be. That is the reason for the 4 star rating.
