I legitimately rarely write reviews for things I buy on Amazon, let alone phone cases. I am someone who is very particular about what case I have on my phone and this case is a top contender. I purchased the frosted/matte black back with black sides because clear ALWAYS yellows on soft TPU material. It just does. No matter what the company tells you. With the 16 Pro Max this case fits like a glove even with Spigen’s GlasTr screen protector on – they work great together.The camera button is flush and works as it should, though admittedly I only use the button as a shortcut to open the camera – using it for the actual controls is too much hassle compared to the on screen controls. That’s not a shot at the case’s button because it does work just fine, the decision to do this by Apple is the problem.Overall if you are looking for a solid case with good grip, not a lot of extra bulk, an actual functioning camera button instead of just a cut out and buttons with a nice feel to them – look no further. Spigen has done a great job with this one. Just be warned, if you go clear – the soft TPU will yellow over time. Hard plastic will be fine but the soft is ALWAYS vulnerable

Fantastic Camera Button Cover on a Great Case!
So far I like this case a lot. The feel is nice. Soft plastic around the sides and the buttons are nice and clicky. The camera button especially is where this case shines because not too many cases have found a solid and responsive answer to the camera button. This protects the button and so far has not given me any issues with use. It’s like it’s not even covered. The case is a snug fit but not too bad to install. At ~20 bucks, the price is fantastic for the value. Much better than spending 60-80 bucks on something that just has a cutout over the camera button. Haven’t tried it with wireless charging or Magsafe but others I have seen haven’t had any issues with it.

Close to PERFECT for the iPhone 16 Pro Max
I typically try multiple cases to find a favorite (my wife thinks I’m crazy) but my phone is the piece of technology I use the most and I want to be happy with the case. The Spigen Hybrid T is the fourth case I’ve tried for the new iPhone 16 Pro Max, and I think it’s a winner.1st Case: Speck, this was ordered with the phone from ATT, the look was ok, but it was very slippery. No major issues, but it was so slick that the rounded edges made it difficult to pick up off a flat surface and it was quickly replaced.2nd Case: OtterBox Symmetry, this was my favorite case on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. This version did not have the same grippy edges as my old OtterBox Symmetry, which I missed. I used this case for a few weeks, but I never got completely used to the camera button cutout. It wasn’t terrible, but it did allow for accidental touches on the edge of the screen which was annoying. Also, the finger prints on the back of the case were horrible. Fingerprints don’t typically bother me, but for some reason these really stood out.3rd Case: SupCase, this case full coverage and an integrated camera button similar to the Spigen Hybrid T case, but the button protrudes a little more which caused accidental presses. That problem was solved by changing the button to a double press to launch the camera. This SupCase has kind of a cool look to it, without perfectly rounded edges, but the sides were a little taller than I like and it did interfere with screen use at the edges. The edges of the SupCase were not grippy, but it also was not slick. Fingerprints were not an issue on this case. My plan was to stick with with the SupCase if the Spigen Hybrid T did not work out.4th Case: Spigen Hybrid T, I just received this case today, and upon initial trial I believe I have found a winner. The camera button sits flush with the side of the case, and I can already tell there will not be accidental presses. Also when experimenting with the haptic actions of the camera button, it is extremely responsive, better than the SupCase. The sides of the case have a nice rubber like grippiness to them, exactly what I’ve been looking for. Also the back is frosted, and while some people don’t like that the matte feel of frosted plastic, it does not show any fingerprints. The edges are tall enough to protect the screen and the cameras, but not obtrusive. The case fit is tight and I really like the look.Conclusion: Depending on what you’re looking for, either the SupCase or the Spigen Hybrid T are both great options that include an integrated camera button so you don’t have to deal with a cut out like most cases for the new iPhone 16’s. The SupCase is a little chunkier, but still easily slides in a pocket. The SupCase doesn’t look like every other phone case out there if you like to be different. The Spigen Hybrid T is slim and tight fitting and feels great to me. I would guess given the slight difference in heft that the SupCase is a little more protective, but I rarely drop my phone. Neither are going to be as protective as an OtterBox defender, but that’s not what I’m looking for. Both of these are highly recommended, but for me it will be the Spigen Hybrid T.

Really Good Case that Punches Above Weight Class
Great case for the iPhone 16 ProMax. I just needed an inexpensive case while I waited for the QuadLock to arrive….but this case great. Fits perfectly, all buttons function as normal. The camera control soft touch function remains flawless as well as MagSafe.The back preserves the aesthetics of the iPhone’s frosted glass but the grip around the edges is a distinct improvement. No complaints.

Great case
I like this case because of the price! It is very affordable but it is also great quality! It feels very protective and I love that it covers the camera control button instead of it having a cut out. The camera control button works great (though I personally don’t use it) but when I do the button is responsive as if I didn’t have any case on it. The MagSafe ring on the case is strong. Lastly, I personally really like the frosted black design. I will be purchasing another case soon!

It’s way better than the clear version because it won’t turn yellow over time. Less slippery. The natural titanium colour shows a bit. But I absolutely love it.The camera control button is covered. And it works with every shot. Great case.
