I loves snow globes so I couldn’t resist when I saw this beautiful autumn scene with cute gnomes. It arrived carefully packaged(foam and covered in protective plastic) in a lovely red/yellow giftable Christmas box with 1 x USB to DC power cable and 1 x greeting card(to write your personalized message) with the user manual printed behind it as well. There are 2 convenient power options available; USB line(could be longer and works with a power bank too) & 3 x AAA batteries(not included) which offers more placement/hanging possibilities. It basically comes with 2 control modes; Light/Swirl(twice) and OFF, sadly no music mode. The lantern design and bronze colour gives it a nice vintage look that compliments the beautiful, vibrant fall scenery of gnomes, sunflower and pumpkins(resin). It’s not your regular wind up snow globe it has more of a flatness to it and it’s capable of producing a whimsical scene of swirling/dancing glitter snowflakes along with a warm glow light. I love how the light illuminates the scenery quite beautifully in a darker setting and ricochets like fireflies onto the floor and walls making it even more captivating.Overall it would make a great gift for anyone especially someone who loves collecting snow globes. I only wish it played music as well.

The choice of power allows this globe to have “snowflakes” active always while turned on.The photos don’t show it well at all, but the cloudiness in the globe aretiny reflective particles which appear as snow to the eye.There seems to be liquid from in the globe pumped at the inside sides to raise up the snow and make this an enchanting Christmas ornament.Powered either by 3 AAA, 3 AA, or USB plug in. I like the choices because I can place the globe anywhere and if there isn’t a USB connection (wall outlet), then batteries will run it. There is some slight noise when the globe is powered through the USB connection and not sure what it could be.Batteries are not included and neither is a power adapter for 5 volts. Just a cord for USB connection is included.Music?? According to the manual the globe is supposed to play music but I think it must be a different model or something as never heard any sound, nor is there any obvious speaker outlet apparent.Overall, I really like this sno-globe and even more so that it doesn’t make music!
