The silicon mats are fabulous and it’s great that they fit the pans. The pans tend to warp in the oven. They go back to being flat when cooled, but in the heat one side tends to twist up.

We wanted a set of smaller trays with racks. The three sizes are perfect. Trays are made of thick stainless. The racks are strong. We use them to thaw meat and take the meat out to Charcoal.

For my mom
I purchased these as a gift for my mom as she needed new sheets and mentioned wanting a cooling rack. This was the best deal I could find. She told me they clean very well. They are cheaply made in my opinion as they have weight to them. My mom likes the 3 sizes so she fit whatever she needs. They work as they should and have not started to warp after 1 year. I would most likely purchase again if needed.
