I was skeptical of the Toniebox, I thought it was going to just be another waste of space. Wow, am I glad I trusted my wife on this. The tonies has been nothing but a net positive. This encourages our young ones to have quiet time, listen, play and have fun. While also helping us get away from screens a little more. I even find myself wanting to turn on the tonies box myself, it’s fun!
LOTS of characters, you can even order special made tonies on Etsy, I myself purchased a Jesus tonies off Etsy and downloaded the file for Bible stories from SmilesSoldHere on Etsy, it was wonderfully made.

Charging is simple, you put it on the stand and you’re good to go. The tonies also notifies you when the battery is getting low.
Tip: if you’re unsure on a tonie character you can still try it out while it’s still in the package, so don’t rip it open unless you’re sure that you’re wanting that character.

I bought a Tonie box and multiple figures for four of my grandchildren (almost 2, 3, 4 & 5). They were easy to set up and worked like a charm. This particular figure (Playtime Puppy) was a big hit with mommy. It is a great item that can grow with your kids. The youngest ones got more with songs, and the older more with stories &/or songs. And they’re interchangeable so all the kids can share with each other while still having their own box. This form of electronics helps the little ones relax, enjoy stories, and sing along with the songs. It’s a spendy investment to start with, but with the growability of it, it will make future gift giving a little easier. There are even figures from National Geographic that will be quite educational for the older ones.
