A wonderful bag for everyday use but not for larger DSLRs
I love this bag but so disappointed that I have to return it. Unfortunately it was not able to accommodate my Canon 7D with 24-105 lens and L bracket with Spider holster plate attached to the camera. I could close the zip with above but only without having anything in the top inner pocket. If I put a battery or anything like that in that pocket, the main zipper was either not able to close or closed with an effort. The result was that bag would not keep itâs slick shape. I could still add a couple of more smaller lenses on each side of the camera in the main compartment though but the main issue was the camera with the lens attached.I did not try to put an iPad in the inner pocket as I was scared that the very snug fit due to my camera will damage the iPad. And with all this, the outside pocket was pretty much unusable.I am still giving it five stars as the built quality is very good. The bag is one of the most nice looking bag that I have ever come across. The design is very slick and beautifully carved. I off course did not get a chance to use it outside but when trying it on with the camera and a coupe of lenses at home, it felt very comfortable to wear. I cannot comment on the longer term use though but I am pretty sure it would be comfortable even for a whole day walk.I had watched a bunch of product videos online and read multiple reviews before purchasing. Where majority of the reviews were done with mirrorless cameras, there were some that were done with DSLRs. That made me think that it would be OK for my equipment but I guess where it will be fine for smaller DSLRs, it does not have enough room for a large DSLR like Canon 7D with all the accessories attached. And while forcing the camera in but not being able to use the inner top pocket for batteries etc and not being able to use the outer pocket makes it not very useful.I am very disappointed that I have to return this bag. I really like this and tried multiple ways to place the camera and other stuff in the bag to come up with a configuration that will allow me to keep this bag, it I guess my Camera is too big for it. Feeling very sad. I would recommend peak design to include a 15L in their line with same shape and specifications and I will be the first one or order that.Still five stars for the bag as it is perfect for smaller equipment.

Well made functional sling bag.
I bought this two weeks so and used it on a trip to Disney. It fit my Nikon z6 with 85mm 1.8 attached, 50mm 1.8, and 24-70 f4. Also had room for an extra battery, battery pack and keys with room to spare. The outside pocket is tight and does not expand which make it really only useful for some slim items, maybe a small notepad or battery pack. I put my xqd card reader in this pocket. The card holder zip In the interior also made a nice spot to put some chapstick and replenish. I used the outside straps to hold a hoodie and it worked okay, I wish there was some more length on the straps to make it easier, they really barely extend enough to for a sweatshirt under. The strap did tend to slide a bit when putting over my shoulder. I wish it was easier to switch sides for a long day of carrying, the padded area is afixed which makes it harder to adjust when changing from one side to the other (there might be a way to do this easier I just havenât figured it out). The tablet/laptop pocket is small and very tight., I feel like it fit my iPad Pro 11â very snug with my camera gear in the bag, Iâm not sure how well a laptop would fit, possibly with less camera gear it wouldnât be an issue. The quality of the materials is excellent.

Great sling bag for travel
The sling bag is very well built and perfect for carrying my R5 with a 24-70, a 70-200 f4, and enough space for a water bottle and accessories. The bag is well weighted and easy to wear across the shoulder. I would recommend highly!

The 10L is the best size
I own the 3L, 6L and 10L Peak Design slings. The 10L just gives you more options. I carry 2 cameras with prime lenses attached in it and have room for more.

Great travel camera bag and durable
Needed a durable and low profile camera bag that didnât advertise high dollar gear. Ultra durable and performed very well. Love the lifetime warranty

Very big sling with a design flaw
I ordered this sling because of the large capacity. Unfortunately, if you increase the sling size the padding for the neck cannot be adjusted to the middle of the strap so it stays in my back while my neck is exposed to the strap.

High quality construction, excellent protection
Holds my Fujifilm XT-30 w/ 18-55mm, 12 mm lens, 90 mm lens, straps, filters, extension tube, cards, charger and spare batteries plus more in a slim, weatherproof, well padded bag. Comfortable to carry w/ plenty of adjustability

V2 – Still Needs Work
This is a commendable effort for a second iteration, but there are still things that can be improved. The padding on the shoulder strap has been improved to be slightly thicker and more comfortable to carry for longer duration. The overall look of the bag is more streamlined and slicker. The front pocket is pretty much useless for anything except flat items. There is no dimension on the front stash pocket and the opening is small and tight to get your hand in.The main compartment has no organization at all, save for the adjustable origami dividers, it is just one big compartment. There is, however, a padded sleeve in the main compartment fit for a 13 inch laptop. There is also a small section in the main compartment with 4 small internal stretchy pockets. If you have very small items, or a box of Tic Tacs, then go ham and take advantage of this organization. If you don’t have anything small enough, then this organization is wasted. If you’re looking for a slick, simple sling for EDC and daily carry, this is a capable bag. It’s just disappointing that more usable improvements weren’t made.

Great substitute for a regular camera backpack. Fits 3 lenses and a camera body.

I looked at reviews and feedback on this bag for two weeks and had serious doubts because of the outrageous price. I was very worried that I would pay a lot of money and not get what I expected. To my joy, the bag turned out to be as described on the Internet, I donât regret the purchase. By the way, the compartment for an iPad or MacBook 13 can also accommodate a MacBook 14. Iâm happy with the purchase, thank you!

With this bag, I’m able easily able to carry a Leica M, Mamiya C220 and a couple of lenses, along with a travel tripod strapped to the bottom. There’s even enough room above everything to roll up a rain jacket if you’re worried about the weather.Because of the bag’s low profile, it hugs your body well and I thought it might make fitting gear a bit tight, but the bag is deeper than you would expect which makes up for it. It’s quite comfortable and the strap is fantastic, Peak Design makes the best straps in the business by a country mile. Honestly, I feel like you’ll be more limited by the weight of the grear you’ll want to pack, rather than physical space. Since it’s a sling, a lot of weight will feel more burdensome than a proper backpack. The sling, however, is much more convenient when you’re taking public transit, because you can just swing it around to be in front of you so you’re not hitting people with it like so many people do with backpacks. There is a pocket for a small laptop or a tablet, but because it’s on the side that’s against your body, I don’t find it very comfortable to use, since it makes the bag feel very rigid when occupied, others may not mind though.I used it recently in the rain and not a drop made it into the bag, so it fares well in foul weather. The material looks and feels much nicer and more premium in person than in photos (I got the black one). The zippers are nice and are tucked under folds to hide them away from weather and pick pockets. I do however, wish there was a small hidden pocket on the body side to store a wallet, phone or keys. The one on the front seems a bit vulnerable to me, and is not really hidden.Overall, it’s a really well thought out, designed and built bag. I would definitely recommend it to others.
